ShindefenderReviews of shindefender.com

This company are a scam company. Tried accessing the website on pc and it’s taken down. Poor quality product, no refund or return policy and the stuff ships from China but they don’t tell you that. Avoid at all cost I’m having to chain through credit card for a refund.

The soccer trainer broke in one day. It came with no instructions on how to put it together. They would not give me a refund because it was beyond 3 days. The products are cheap and not worth the money

niets gekregen, mails met tracking links die leiden naar net bestaande websites. geld kwijt. NIET KOPEN!

I would not order from ShinDefender again. I placed an order August 25th based in part on their advertised 5–12 business day delivery timeframe. It is now October 3, I still have not received my products, and I cannot get a meaningful resolution from the company. I contacted customer service multiple times because the tracking stopped providing meaningful progress. Instead of answering my question about when an undelivered package is considered lost, they repeatedly sent me information about their cancellation policy—even after I specifically explained that I was NOT trying to cancel an order. I asked a very simple question: If my package never arrives, at what point will you consider it lost and refund or replace it? I never received a direct answer. I was eventually told they could work on resolving the issue “as soon as your order is delivered.” That makes absolutely no sense when the entire problem is that the order has NOT BEEN DELIVERED. I asked to have the matter escalated to a supervisor or manager. Still no resolution. I also tried the customer-service phone number published by the company, and it did not work. At this point, I have neither the merchandise I paid for nor a satisfactory response explaining what ShinDefender intends to do about it. I have saved the tracking information and my entire email correspondence with the company. I gave them multiple opportunities to resolve this directly before posting this review. Buyer beware—especially if you need your order by a particular date.

I’ve been trying to return my order since it was placed because I ordered the wrong size. First I was told they would hold shipment, then it had shipped and I could initiate a return once it arrived. I’ve had the item for approx a month and still can’t get customer service to initiate the return process. Buyer beware. The satisfaction guarantee is a lie. The small size is too small for 9 year olds, despite them being included in the age range for that size.

Disappointing experience – be aware of the return policy Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the product was not what I expected, and when I contacted customer service regarding a return, I was informed that the item would need to be returned to a warehouse in China, with the cost of the return being my responsibility. I was particularly disappointed that this was not made clear to me before placing the order. I believe the location of the return warehouse and the fact that customers are responsible for international return postage are important details that should be clearly highlighted in the returns policy. Customer service did offer me a 20% refund if I kept the product, which I accepted rather than incur the cost and inconvenience of returning it to China. Overall, I would recommend carefully checking the returns policy and where returns need to be sent before ordering.

waited 2 weeks for delivery and then what arrived was a gold squishy from china around 50p in value, i have emialed and been ignored and cannot contact them any other way please DO NOT order from this companyit is a SCAM

The shipping time on the website is a complete nonsense- 5-8 days, absolute nonsense. Priced as a premium product you expect service - there is no mention this cheap rubbish is shipping from China before you buy! They took 3 weeks to arrive, completely missing my sons birthday and when they did were the same if not worse than the £15 ones one can get on Amazon. Total scam
