Shimze don’t order anything from them. Misleading / false advertising. No customer support. $27.99 for a $3 ball. Said one ball “assortment” $27.99. They shipped one ball. Did not ask me to select one ball. Terrible. Ships as Shimze charges come from National Furniture Supply, Georgia.

I never got my order and when I called the number it says the phone is disconnected. The police need to investigate these people. Its called stealing from out credit cards and not producing the items we buy.

Worst company ever. It has been over a year and I don’t have a refund or the product I ordered. I keep being told it is coming and nothing happens. DONT BUY EVER FROM HERE!!!!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Could not have been more rude on the phone. I ended up cancelling my order because of it.

You will never receive your order!! Nor will anyone care what your experience was. I placed an order in February 23 and have called 2x told 2 different story’s and it is now May 12 and still nothing. I called today and again no one seem to care they acted as if I was a bother!!! Terrible business ethics!

ordered first week of January a gift for valentine's day. Used them because the item was marked as available. Called February 8 to follow up. Was told item was on back order and would ship on March 15. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
