Ordered on FEB 27, received on MAR 17. It was not what I was expecting. Not much of a case just a husk with no screen protection. I wanted one similiar to what I had for my Iphone 11, that was not available for the 13, for I have been waiting for the new case to arrive to use the 13. Received a flip reply when I inquired of my order within a few days. Been disgusted now

Please remember we advised you at the time of purchase we did not yet carry your requested case for your newer iPhone 13 when you emailed us. You decided to purchase the kii case which is a totally different design. We always strive to give our customers the best service, and we have never given you any flip replies.
