July 30, 2023 UPDATE! Here is an update regarding my purchase from this money-stealing (and no goods delivered) company earlier this year. Thankfully, I had purchased using PayPal and after many, many months of no response from the company when I had no items, yet they had my money for months, I opened a claim. I am happy to say that PP found the claim in my favor and returned my money this week. It has been a terrible journey, I am glad that I saved my emails and communication with this company, they never responded to any of my requests and likely did not respond to PayPal's. Not only have I received news that the claim's judgement was in my favor, but the funds have been returned to my account! Save your emails and all communication with this company. May everyone who has been wronged by this company prevail. All the best. (And kudos to PP for doing the right thing). I reiterate, do not purchase or trust this company. I'm thankful and grateful that PP could make things right. May 7, 2023. I wanted to give zero stars, but the site won't accommodate, so the next lowest is one. I ordered two shhhower caps in April, got confirmation of the order that day, the next day, the money was taken out of my account. I was patiently waiting for a shipment announcement when I realized that my hostess gift was not here and my trip was coming up. I've contacted the company multiple times to no avail. After having read the postings on Trustpilot, it's apparent that I need to cancel the order and report Shhhowercap to my credit card company as fraudulent.

UPDATE: I continue to know people who ordered caps in 2022 and later who still have not received their caps or a refund ( despite asking). I strongly urge people to avoid buying shower caps from this company. They are stealing money and rarely shipping product. They are refusing to give refunds to those requesting. They are asking people to delete negative reviews. Their reasons as to why there are problems continually change. They continue to market, send emails offering discounts, and take orders ( and money) from unsuspecting customers. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating before ordering. You will see many more reviews such as this. If I could give zero stars I would. Like everyone else here, I ordered 2 caps in November, paid for them, and never received product. I felt bad and assumed that money was gone. After emailing for months, an email to orders at shhhowercap.com today was read by the owner. She personally called me and refunded my money. I had 5 star service today. I had 1 star service for the last 5 months, thus the 3 star rating. If you paid for and never received product, try emailing orders at shhhowercap.com. I do believe she is trying to make everyone whole after her operations stumbled with a warehouse and website change.

Zero stars. I ordered a shower cap in May of 2022. I still have not received my order (11 months later), and the company refuses to refund my payment. I received several responses last year (to my prior queries) in which the company stated that the order was being processed through a new system and that I would receive it soon, but that seems to be a lie. Then I was told in January 2023 that my order would ship in 3-5 days and that I would receive a shipping confirmation. It is now April 2023, and I have neither a shipping confirmation nor the product I paid for 11 months ago. Don’t order from “Team Shhhowercap.” You might as well light your money on fire and toss the flaming bills into a toilet.

Shhhh Shower Cap is a scam! Ordered a shower cap in august 2022, still haven't received and when I asked for a discount they said they'd be sending it and them were sorry....that was also last year. Gross. DO NOT purchase from them, completely disgusting frauds.

Seems like I'm not the only one scammed by this company! Ordered in August 2022, have been asking for a refund since October 22 and now haven't had a reply from them since February 23. Ordered 2 showercaps and have received nothing. Now can't even get a reply! No wonder they have their comments turned off on their social media.

Ordered in September 2022. Still haven't received. Have given me numerous wrong pieces of info, lost order multiple times. Now they're telling me they don't have the print I ordered and I can take what they have, but they can't tell me which they have. Scam, avoid.
