Hidden Customs Charges Like many others here, was shocked to be charged expensive customs fees after already paying for shipping costs. I have ordered from overseas before and never received such a high cost. Three pairs of undies with a 28GBP customs fee. This should definitely been made clear upfront. Especially considering the company has obviously received complaints about this in the past. Really devious and deliberately misleading.

My daughter who is 11 told me these were what she wanted as she had seen them on YouTube . To make things so much easier for her I jumped straight in and ordered them 3 pairs just short of £60.00. We have waited 4 weeks and now have been informed I have another£16.87 to pay import charge!!!!! My view of Thinx is not a good one and she hasn’t even tried them yet. Won’t be buying more 😡

Not being clearly told that you have to pay an additional Customs Fee is daylight robbery. I have never come across this with any other company. Furthur more, I didn't realise this fee had to be paid, so my package was stuck at the post office for weeks, the She Thinx customer service team took over a week to tell me what the problem was. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I agree with the other customers, it is outrageous that you are not warned at checkout about custom duties. Internet is a global world, prices are in Euros, I never even looked where it was shipped from! DISCRACEFUL! I made a big order and therefore, for 7 panties, I had to pay 42 Euros custom charge!

I ordered some Thinx for my wife and I and when I got home from work today I had a note from UPS saying I had £86 to pay. This is so upsetting. We had no notification from of added charges, I've ordered from Victorias Secret US & never had these charges, why Thinx?

It’s 2020. You’re a millennial brand. Make your policies clear. Horrendous to get slapped with a giant customs fee.

Don’t buy from the Thinx website if delivering to the UK, had to pay a customs charge and wasn’t warned at checkout. Will not be buying again.

How is it that a supposedly respectable company can get away with selling you a product, giving you a shipping cost of USD11 and then landing you with a customs bill of £15.89 - which as it turns out they knew all along about? I have just found out about this through a card from the post office demanding payment, which for me came completely out of the blue. However when i looked at the thinx website, after some digging around in one of the darkest corners, i found this: "International customers: Unfortunately, our prices don’t include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your shipment at home. Make sure you consider all fees, because once your order arrives you’ll be required to pay all additional charges — and we won’t be able to refund you if you change your mind!" How about pointing this out at check out, BEFORE A CUSTOMER PAYS, RATHER THAN OVER A MONTH LATER???? THIS IS REALLY NOT ON, however good your product may be, and i will never be buying from you again
