I ordered something a week ago and never got confirmation that it shipped. An email to customer service inquiring about when will it ship is still not answered (sent a day ago). Apparently that is their standard operating basis. If you look them up at the BBB they have an F score. There is an address there I (which Google shows as a private home) and a phone number (useless, and another sham). Judging by the website (created in 2022), no address or phone number on the web page, no response to emails, length of shipping time, and data in the other reviews, I am wondering if this company is some Chinese ripoff that uses the US address as a decoy. 6-30-22 Upgraded from one star to two because out of the blue, 20 days later the product arrived. Except by now I already got a refund from PayPal and the company has been unreachable.

I was happy to find the product I was looking for on this site. But with the understandable delays due to COVID, I ended up finding it sooner elsewhere and cancelled the order. I then received the order in the mail and returned it to ShelHealth. I've since sent two emails to customer service with no replies. There is no phone number to contact. The website offered me the option to send a live message through the site, which took me to Facebook, and then said no response was available at this time.
