I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I ordered comforters for our new home because I had ordered a comforter previously and pillows and, before they partnered with, Sheex, I had a good experience. I met them at Boulder Start Up Week long ago, but probably didn’t buy my first product from them until 2024 or 2025. In May, I purchased two comforters and got a third free. Great, right? Wrong. Immediately upon opening the box I was struck by the fact that their advertisement of plastic free packaging was patently false. Then came the real surprise…the materials touted on their website were different percentages than what they sent and, I don’t know if this was what changed it, but they also are no longer machine washable, which I double checked, NO CARE INFO ANY LONGER AT ALL on their website. So there’s no way to know of this change until you open the box. I’ve contacted them numerous times now and I only get responses from Sheex, if I get a response at all, and they are rude and they don’t make sense. Responses have included things, well we won’t accept open packages. Two of these are unopened and how the hell else am I supposed to find out that you didn’t send me what you advertised if I don’t actually open a package? Am I supposed to intuit this? X-ray? Use my superpowers? They’ve literally dragged this out for months and I’m so sick of it. This leads me I wonder what other claims on their website are not true. Because if their materials are listed inaccurately (at best, falsely, ant worst) and their sustainability is a joke what else could be false? There’s no customer service number. You have to rely completely on email and they don’t even consistently respond to those. I have been attempting to deal with this since at least June. Good luck to you if you ever decide to do business with this company. You’ve been forewarned.
