I’m actually writing a review about a refund but not through any fault of the company! I bought the wrong thing. I emailed them without much expectation because i feel like emailing companies can be a bit slow? Anyway they replied instantly. I ordered yesterday and my refund has been processed today! The item hadn’t been shipped yet so their quick reply saved me a lot of hassle trying to return. Expected a back and forth but it was straight forward. They seem like good eggs in my opinion. * edit - I had to come back because my partner has just explained that I ordered a document 😂 so ignore the ‘shipping’ bit. I imagined a paper delivery…you can see why I ended up needing a refund, it’s a gift and I was out of my depth! All the same, I’m ordering again because pay it forward and all that 😂

I absentmindedly bought a piece in PDF format, which meant no transposition ability. I had meant to buy an interactive copy. I found their responsive and positive replies to my dilemma refreshing in these days of suspicion and greed. Jacklyn saw to a refund and I deleted the file, as promised. My experience with Sheet Music Direct is positive+++.

I use Sheetmusicdirect.com often for audition and practice materials. I'm usually in a rush trying to print down music for accompaniment for auditions. It's great to be able to quickly access the sheet music and MP4s to easily hear exactly what the accompaniment/arrangement will sound like. Don't end up like me kid! Be a planner. But if you are a procrastinator this site is easy to navigate when you're in a hurry. And the support team is helpful, competent, and nonjudgmental of harried creatives if you are struggling.

I have been using Pass for over 3 years. It is great and a real bargain. I havent had any problems using it and most songs are available using Pass.I am a piano player and use it daily

Ich hab hier bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Schöne Notenblätter, manche ein bisschen teuer, aber die Auswahl ist groß und Abo-Falle wie bei Musescore oder anderen gibt es hier auch nicht.

It's so SO GREAT to live in a time when a decent 'at home musician' like me can locate, purchase, and learn to (correctly) play and record so many songs that I've always loved. While other sites are of course out there on the internet, I've found Sheet Music Direct to be the best at technical efficiency, courtesy, and lightning-fast response time. Thanks, Sheet Music Direct....I'll be back.....

New to the site and in the Senior category of users. Easy to locate two pieces of music I wanted from 1950/60s. One was a popular tune, one less so. I was unsure if or how I could transpose one so sent email to their support team. Quickly received email with timescale to resolve my problem and in less than 24 hours I received a very helpful, courteous reply from Annie which helped me in exactly the way I wanted..Brilliant service
