Ugh. Same here now I read other reviews. Just wanted one sheet of music, then find I'm being billed monthly. Luckily I paid with PayPal who are sorting this out for me.

I signed up for a free trial which supposedly included unlimited downloads for a month. Their "Pass" logo indicated titles that were free to download, but when added to the cart all were ineligible. This is a simple bait and switch scam, so avoid this outfit at all costs!

Yep, like others I just wanted 1 sheet of music but ended up with one month free access to Pass and then the billing was to start a month later. I went on line and canceled and then followed up by sending them an email to confirm the cancellation. Waiting to hear back.

I purchased and paid for three pieces of piano music. Without my knowledge I had also been signed up for a monthly subscription. This is deceitful/criminal practice. Fortunately I spotted it in time and was able to cancel it.

They are charging me auto charge every month when I did not sign up for monthly charge.

Ursprünglich war ich zufrieden mit der Leistung von Sheet Music, ich hatte meinen bestellten Download erhalten. Einen Monat nach dem Kauf wurden mir jedoch erneut 9,99€ von meinem Konto abgezogen. Da ich keinen weiteren Kauf getätigt hatte wurde ich stutzig und habe dann gesehen, dass ich angeblich einem Abo mit monatlichen Einzug zugestimmt hätte. Habe ich jedoch sicher nicht, auf der Homepage unter Käufe war nichts ersichtlich und es kam auch keine Info -Mail diesbezüglich. Vermutlich war beim Kauf vor einem Monat irgendwo versteckt ein Häckchen gesetzt, mit welchem man dem Abo zustimmt. Sorry aber das geht überhaupt nicht und grenzt für mich an Betrug bzw. arglistige Täuschung. Ich habe den Einzug sofort auf Paypal gestoppt damit nicht noch weitere Beträge abgebucht werden können und Sheet Music angeschrieben, die 9,99€ unverzüglich zurückzusenden. Meine negative Bewertung werde ich erst abändern, wenn ich das Geld zurückerhalte, und wenn Sheet Music diese Abo Falle ab sofort einstellt, damit es nicht noch anderen Nutzern so ergeht wie mir. Wobei ich sicher nicht der erste bin, der es übersehen hat. Hätte mir davor vllt auch erst mal die Bewertungen durchlesen sollen, dann hätte ich meine Finger von dieser Seite gelassen, andere hatten auch bereits davon geschrieben, dass hier eine Abo Falle lauert.

This is totally unacceptable — I was charged a yearly payment of $99 without any prior notification or the option to choose between monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans. This kind of misleading practice is extremely disappointing and feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers. I have seen many others report the same issue, which shows I am not the only victim of this. It’s very concerning that such a pattern exists. I have already written to customer service and I truly hope to receive a prompt and fair response, including a full refund of the $99 charged without consent. Please take this matter seriously and get back to me as soon as possible.

Extremely annoyed; on reviewing bank balance saw a €9.99 monthly debit I had never agreed to. Clearly a hidden or extremely discreet monthly sign up and this is unacceptable. Original download was good but this is a warning to avoid hidden costs. Very poor
