I accidentally clicked the subscribe button when buying music last month. Yesterday noticed the renewal charge in my bank statement. Immediately emailed them and within 36 hours the whole matter sorted with a full refund. Fantastic service from them every time.

I've always found Sheet Music Direct to have a really fine, comprehensive collection and an easy order and download function. Most recently, a sheetmusicdirect charge appeared on my PayPal account that I didn't recognize and didn't want. I contacted their Customer Service, and they resolved in less than an hour . . . a full refund and an e-mail explaining the problem. This is a great website in every way.
