PlayAlong App funktioniert nicht Der Download der Noten klappt, auch die Noten-App funktioniert, aber die versprochenen Playalongs kann ich nicht abrufen. Beim Erstellen eines Accounts in der PlayalongApp bzw. beim Einloggen bekomme ich ständig nur Fehlermeldungen und weiß nicht warum.

What a shambles. I had a lot of music stored with Musicroom which was supposed to be transferred across to Sheetmusic Direct three months ago. Nothing happened and on numerous emails I was informed that " a colleague is working on it" After giving the experience a 1 start rating I was contacted and the problem fixed in less than a week! That is customer service! but it shouldn't have taken the original 1 star rating to prompt the action. Great result from the current team!

Ich habe mit dem Downladen der Noten kein Problem, auch das transponieren klappt wunderbar. Nur: ich kann die dazu passende Playalongs nicht runterladen....wie geht das ?

Printed as gibberish first time - customer service responded after chasing and it worked in the end.

Made two attempts to purchase a song through their site, and on both attempts received error message that my debit has been declined. However, then I discovered that both attempts showed as real debits on my account. To be fair, their customer service contacted me back within acceptable time frames, and the charges were reversed. Additionally, they referred me to two alternate websites from which I can order the music (which I have not yet had a chance to do).

I only purchased one score as I couldn't find it anywhere else and don't think I'll be buying anymore from them. YOU CAN ONLY PRINT A SCORE ONCE. This itself isn't much of a problem as you can print to PDF (rather than a physical printer) and retain the score in full quality as a PDF file on your computer, ready to print as many times as you want at your own discretion. It appears they prey on the less technically minded who wouldn't know to do this. It's this exploitative behavior that I simply cannot tolerate. Overall, don't use unless you really have to. If you print, print to PDF. EDIT: Within an hour of leaving a review, they responded to my feedback. However, I don't agree with their comment; there's a great distinction between buying physical products in a shop and buying digital products over the internet: the analogy isn't watertight. Moreover, my comment above still holds.

Nach dem Kauf eines Sheets konnte ich zwar im Internet-Explorer darauf zugreifen, nach einem erfolglosen Ausdruck aber nicht mehr erneut ausdrucken. Es kam eine Meldung, dass ich noch mehr Lizenzen kaufen soll. Habe nun sehr schnell vom Support eine Rückmeldung erhalten, dass ich es mit dem Drucken nochmal probieren soll. In eine Datei drucken geht nicht, nur auf Papier. Ich gebe dem Ganzen nun noch eine Chance und werde wieder berichten.
