I bought a single piece of sheetmusic for £2.99. Then a month later I was billed through paypal £9.99 for PASS. I do not remember signing up for PASS. I do not remember getting a reminder that the trial period for PASS was about to expire. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the option was buried in a menu, and the button to cancel the subscription did not work. I am still unable to cancel this subscription that I never wanted, never needed, and never intentionally signed up to. I feel ripped off, because I have been ripped off. What an appalling way for a company to behave.

I was somehow enrolled in a recurring monthly charge after ordering a song that cost $3.71. Customer service is a black hole. I can't even access the account and my last resort was to have the credit card company try to resolve this disputed charge. I finally received a reply from the company that there was a turn-on, turn/off button that allegedly triggered these charges. The company has refunded these charges, but it cost me quite a bit of time to rectify. BUYER BEWARE.

Wow. They've been charging me $9.99 a month for 6 months, and NEVER EVER ONCE sent a notification that they were charging my account. I don't recall EVER signing up for any subscription. If I did it was very dubiously created. The charges go straight to my cc. It's true that I should have been checking, which is on me. I'm now seeing alll these charges because their system is so strange to use that you buy the first one in the wrong key. Now, when I try to find their site, the default is set to German. It took a search just to find English. I had to do FAQ's to find out how to cancel. If you want to go to 'PASS Subscription, click that and then cancel. They will throw 3-4 pop ups to make it harder for you to cancel. You can use other companies If you do use them, make sure you have the right key, &watch your account like a hawk.

A fuir absolument , car impossible d’accéder à mon compte et d’annuler un abonnement de 9,99 euros que je n’avais pas souscrit suite à une commande d’une partition … Sur Netflix vous annulez votre compte à tout moment , impossible sur Sheet music !!! Bande de voleurs ! De plus les échanges par mail sont en anglais . J’ai du bloquer ma carte bancaire . Finalement j’ai été remboursée mais je ne vous recommande pas ce site .

Contacting fraud department at my bank. Sheet music direct are stealing from my bank account monthly. This is fraudulent. Whilst the reviews of the customer service responses seem to suggest emailing them for cancellation and refund, this does not validate the fact the company are taking monthly amounts of money which I have never signed up to! Shocking behaviour.

I purchased some sheet music and the company signed me up for a monthly subscription at the same time without my knowing. I only knew from an e-mail they sent shortly afterwards. When I went online to cancel the subscription I had to log in (even though I hadn't created an account with them) and then locate the right options to cancel. It wasn't straightforward. I also looked in my order history and there is NO record of my ever having agreed to purchase a monthly subscription. I even had to hunt on the website to find out how much they charge for this Pass subscription. This degree of deception must be intentional on their part.
