I have been using Sheet music direct for a very long time and have always had excellent support from them. I recently had a (admittedly self created) issue when using music on my ipad. The team at Sheet Music Direct could not have done more to help resolve what I had done, all the team were very responsive and all friendly and helpful. They are always looking at ways to make the way we use music better and I personally love the app. Brilliant website, brilliant app and an excellent team. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks.

I've used Sheet Music Direct before but never had any problems. A couple of days ago, I ordered a copy of The Shadow of Your Smile, particularly as it had a verse at the beginning as some of the great old songs do. Mostly they're left out of the copy, but not this one. I needed to transpose it, but had a problem getting to the key I wanted, so asked for help. The response, taking into account the fact that I'm in the UK, was virtually immediate. It felt like the moment they opened for business, they answered me. I had an email from Annie, who showed me how to transpose and obviously was skilled at using the website. What I hadn't noticed was that the verse and the main body of the song were in a different key. (Yes, I should have). I therefore went back for more advice as I couldn't get to the key I needed. By then it was too late in the day I think. Next morning I had an email from Becca, explaining my mistake and providing a solution. What a fantastic service. Obviously the agents on the help desk are not only skilled in the technicalities of the software, but they also have the musical skills to offer perfect solutions. Sheet Music Direct is now the only website that I'll use for my sheet music needs. The service is second to none. Thanks Annie, Becca and all at Sheet Music Direct. Sandy McMillan

Good site, lots of songs, great service

Really easy to use and efficient site. Was able to get the music I was looking for with no fuss! When I was searching for something else and having difficulty I got a response straight away from a real live person working to help me out! So nice and pleasant, fast assistance!

Had a problem accessing the interactive music. I could only listen to the first page of music and then it would stop! So I got in touch with Sheet Music Direct customer services and with a couple of emails they sorted me out. They were really nice people to deal with. 5 star RATING! I discovered Amit Cadet's "Romances" from a playlist on Spotify. This piece of music is so calming, and simplistic in its beauty. I thought it would be a brilliant piece to teach myself to play, however, I couldn't find the sheet music for it anywhere! I saw on Sheet Music Direct that they may respond to requests for new sheet music not already in their databse, so I gave it a try as a shot in the dark. I had a response within 2 days saying that my request was already forwarded to the Editorial staff, and that they were interested in putting together a Piano Solo arrangement! Now only 1 week later I have the piece on my piano. Wow. I never dreamt that such a service would be available, so quickly, and efficiently! I am a VERY happy customer indeed and I can't wait to get going with this wonderful new arrangement.

I bought " The Power of Love " by Frankie goes to Hollywood . I was struggling to work out how to do the 2nd verse as it was printed in block / additional lyrics . I sent an email to Sheet Music Direct explaining my annoyance of this . I received emails very quickly explaining their company procedures , and within a few days their editorial staff had rewritten the song with the 2nd verse printed on the stave / sheet music . Awesome customer service . I find their interactive songs ( indicated on songs where available with a lowercase " I " to be an excellent tool for learning songs . They have a huge availability of songs and even some that are free . Excellent place to get sheet music as well as help with song learning with the interactive versions , which can be transposed into any key , tempo change 30-90 BPM , notation change of top staff instrument ( Will mean more to others than it does my humble self ) whilst maintaining the sound of the melody, and also increased note size for easier reading or for those with reduced eyesight capabilities . Awesome company to buy sheet music from with options for " interactive " versions which enable massive possibilities of learning and adaptation .
