A MIXED REVIEW
I am extremely pleased with my shed with the exception of one thing. Several weeks after receiving and assembling my shed, I found two comparable sheds; one for $200 less and one for $400 less. This is unacceptable.

The shed is great
The shed is great. The instructions for putting the corners together could be better. They sold me an anchor kit that didn't match the shed which they should have known. Then they gave me a hard time about the refund, making me pay shipping both ways.

Thank you so much for your kind review, I really appreciate your business and support! I hope you are enjoying your new Lifetime shed. I sincerely apologize for the mix up on the anchors, some people use those for the base. I'm really sorry about that, maybe Amber got confused with what you needed. I'd be happy to offer you a discount if you need anything else in the future. If there's anything else me and my team can do to assist you please let us know. Thanks again! -Travis, Owner

Hi Sir, I'm really sorry for the bad experience. I'm looking into this now to see how my staff handled it. I see you received a damaged delivery. Please rest assured that all items ship out brand new factory sealed from the manufacturer and this was damaged in transit. From what I can tell we had to get some parts reshipped for damages found. I'm not sure what else could have been done but I will definitely look into this. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. Respectfully, -Travis Owner Hi Sir, My team has informed me that they have been in contact with you several times and helped you through the problems. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I hope you will please reconsider the review of our company. Thanks in advance for your consideration! Respectfully, -Travis Owner

A good Product
A good Product, I installed it inside of my garage for an office space. The initial delivery was a bit muddled , the delivery driver could not unload the Pallets from the back of his lift gate truck, they were too wide. I had the local lumber company assist using their forklift. Two of the panels were damaged but I repaired and used them anyway. All the pieces were in the shipment. The door handle set doesn't work very well because that is one of the panels that arrived damaged. I would recommend this Shed

2 Seniors can do it!
We are 2 Seniors - one woman and one man with some Parkinson's issues. It was a chore to do ourselves. Took about 30 hours over 4 days working slowly - but with patience and a lot of elbow grease we got the shed up ourselves. Now we are quite proud of ourselves and have to admit - it looks teriffic and we are very happy with this product and would recommend it

Love the shed
Love the shed, easy to put together. Built a 12 x 20 completely by myself but will admit an extra set of hands would have made things go faster. The only problem I had was with the shipping company, R & L trucking. They showed up with my shed only to tell me it was too big to get off the truck. After many, many phones calls they sent another truck. This time it was half unloaded and then I was told the rest was too heavy. I ended up getting in the truck and unloaded it piece by piece. R&L’s motto is anything, anywhere, anytime and that’s total BS.
