First tried their razors some time ago, liked them alot, but didn't notice a significant difference to the cost / quality of buying ones at, say, Target or CVS. Recently returned when a friend recommended their shaving cream and after-shave lotion, and I've fallen in love. The quality of the five blade razors are outstanding, delivery is fast / simple, and, for the first time, I'm getting compliments on how my shave looks and, amazingly, how my skin smells. Wow. In summary, the razors are really good, but the shave cream and after-shave lotion is GREAT.

I have been using the 5blade mens razor for over 5 months now. I was running out of the blades and ordered the 12 pack cartridge. They took over 2 weeks to just send out the shipment from their storage and it never reached me. Tracking information apparently said unable to deliver. After wading through their pathetic customer service, I managed to get them to resend the shipment to my neighbor and the WRONG item was sent. I contacted the customer care again and I was told that I will be sent a new package with what I had ordered. 2 weeks pass and still no sign of the package. I email them and receive a curt email from their service representative saying I will not be sent any other package. I am basically stuck with the wrong item which is worth one third of what I ordered. I only wish that such good products had better service reps. NEVER buying from them again. EDIT: After sending out a detailed email about the problem I was facing, the co-founder of 800razors stepped in and rectified the issue. I am receiving my package by priority mail. Bumping up the ratings back to 5stars - damage control was done. Thank you 800razors for the great products!

Took a chance on 800Razors after some on-line research into mail order shavers. Figured their $9.00 introductory offer was worth experiencing. As per my heading I was VERY, VERY surprised. The men's 5 blade model has been awesome. Have used the blade/shaver for about 30 days (not everyday and on my face) and I am just now feeling a little drag so will think about changing blades soon. For me, can't beat that. Also I have been using the After Shave Mousturizer. Again I am just loving the product. Clean, light scent, feels good without being greasy, absorbs into my skin nicely. Needless to say I am highly recommending these products. P.S. I have my wife on board with the Ladies Shaver as well and she gives it two thumbs up as well.

Former Dollar Shave guy but wasn't happy. I tried 800Razors.com and was blown away. What a difference! Better razor and thicker shaving cream, and great prices. Highly recommend them.

This razor solves the issues of being on a blood thinner and cutting my skin. I do not have to give up wet shaving. There is no comparison with electric shaving and I have used the best available. Happy to find this and do business with this company.

Hello, I've been meaning to do this for some time. I actually compared your blades with Gillette, Dollar Shave Club and Harry's. I also compared your shave cream with Harry's. I just had to know. I thought your blades gave me the most comfortable shave. This is with different shave creams and with heavy and light beards (heavy meaning more than one day, light meaning one days growth). I experienced no razor burn with your blades and your blades had the least drag. Gillette was second, Harry's third and DSC fourth. Gillette and Harry's were close. Gillette's trimming blade I think is the most effective overall; however, in overall performance, with all things taken into account, I prefer your blades easily. I actually look forward to shaving, who would have thought? I found no difference with how long the blades last really. Shave creams: I have used a traditional shave cream in a steel can for all of my shaving life; but, I tried yours when you had the free promotion. I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first; but, its all I use now. Your cream has been criticized for being more watery than others and it is; but, it also works better. Harry's is thicker; but I still get a better more comfortable shave with yours. You are supposed to mix it with a little water anyway so, I do not think it matters much. The more important fact is that your cream absorbs better. Harry's cream is thicker; but it doesn't absorb into the skin as well. your cream lubricates better and my skin feels better afterward. I even find it more difficult to rinse Harry's cream from the blade when I am shaving. The shave is less comfortable their cream using any of the blades. I realize this is all subjective; but, I have tried them all and I think your product is the best. My only complaint is that you really could have come up with a better name "Excalibur" or something like that a little more jazz; but, that's all I got. As i was having trouble finding a replacement holder for my 5 bladed handle in australia ,I sent an email to 800razor to obtain one , with out any problems they sent me one as quick as lighting . THANKYOU so much and it was also good to see that service was still alive . NOW I understand the saying only in america . cheers

I bought shave cream and razors before the holidays and liked the product. So i bought more for my kids as presents and they really liked it. Its a pretty good deal.
