DECEITFUL!!!
First, at their presentation, they made an offer that the first ones to receive their offer would get a substantial discount, which I elected to take, and then found out that they offered others the same discount. That was dishonest from the start. Secondly, they stated that they had an A+ rating with the BBB, which was false. Thirdly, they botched the first, simple Hotel reservation. The worst thing is that they charged $10000, with this kind of a price, I was hoping it would be more than top of the line!!!
