Called trying to get more information on a transfer release that I requested several weeks back. The rep was very rude after we discovered that my name was spelled incorrectly on their end (not on any of the authorization docs I provided them with) and was adamant that it couldn't be an issue for the other office not having gotten the records yet. She did provide a USPS tracking but told me I could look into it or contact them. She was not willing to support that, I had to ask her several times to stop being rude. I was very calm, just trying to figure out what could have happened to my nearly 100 page of private medical records that were shipped. Really expected someone to be a bit more understanding -- I've never had to ask a rep to not speak to me rudely before, from any company. Really unimpressed.

As this is my first encounter with Sharecare and being in health care for the last 20 + yrs .Your customer service is POOR. They don't answer questions when asked by clients and whrn asked a question they get quiet on the phone like the line is dead. No one should have to call any business 3 times for service that you are paying to be completed. Your customer service needs classes in customer service . I will be speaking to my Physcian about your service also .This is not how you treat patients nor is it how you treat paying customers. Again POOR Customer service. I was directed to Sharecare to complete my FMLA and short-term disability paperwork. I completed the entire submission process, paid the $26 fee, and received an email confirming that my submission had been successfully completed. Later, instead of contacting me by phone or email (which they had no problem using to collect payment), Sharecare mailed me a letter stating that my submission was incomplete because I had not provided my employer’s physical address. This information was never requested anywhere during the submission process. When I attempted to resubmit my documents, it was again clear that the system never asked for this information, yet I was prompted to pay the $26 fee a second time. All required information my company needed had already been included in the documentation I originally submitted. I ultimately contacted my physician’s office directly, and they completed the exact same FMLA and short-term disability paperwork in approximately seven minutes- without my company's physical address. Because of Sharecare’s unclear process and failure to request necessary information upfront, my paperwork was delayed and resulted in a $3,200 loss in wages during my recovery. Paying $26 for what amounted to a seven-minute task and an inefficient process that caused significant financial harm was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. They will say they attempted to reach out for a resolution when they have not.

Shareware DO NOT care and they WILL NOT share your own personal medical records that you are entitled to as a patient. I, as well as the medical facility, has requested records for over a year. We completed the authorization forms more than once so these records could be submitted to the appropriate facility. They DO NOT respond. The last communication I had with Sharecare, last week, was via chat. I threatened seeking an attorney. The woman seemed interested in helping at that point. Once I began uploading screenshots of documents verifying authorizations had been sent, she immediately dropped the chat Who are these CARELESS people?

I am really unclear why medical offices use this service. Hire me, I will do a better job and not charge as much. -Sharecare is consistently unable to locate a record. -Sharecare turnaround time delays care, sort of detrimental to patients with critical illnesses. -Sharecare will mail records 70% of the time despite request for fax or electronic receipt. Records are often sent to the wrong clinic if they mail it. Information is not always complete -Sharecare does not seem to actually know Hippa. -Sharecare staff has the unfortunate task of following scripts that have proven unhelpful. -

If this could be a zero it would - I have called 6 times to attempt to get me medical records, resubmitted forms 3 times and still have yet to have all my medical history transferred to my new care. They keep saying previous history is hospital visits, which when I corrected they seem to forget everytime I call this is the case. Then when I submit a changed form based on what they say, their 'processing team' still says it is insufficient after filling out the form in tandem while being on the phone with a support staff member. This has been over 80 days to receive my medical records, I have filed a complaint with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. This is an absolutely worst company. I am currently on hold for my 7th phone call as I write this review.

You are a joke I had to wait for you to submit an invoice 3-5 business day. Haven't even filled out my paper work and say you have another 5-7 days to file the paper work. I asked for a supervisor and left me on hold for over 10 minutes and counting. This program needs to be improved or shut down. Your organization is a mess. Now I just go notice to file my paperwork it is $75 to fill out my leave packet when it states on the paper work that Orthepedic Center of the Rockies in For Collins Colorado gave me I had to pay a one time fee of $25 for all my paper work to be filled out. OCR and any company needs to drop this scam artists of a company.
