Great customer service

I love how Sheena helped me and fixed my issue I appreciate it she is very helpful thank u

She was very helpful and was able to assist to the fullest! thank you

I contacted customer service regarding the delay in the shipment of my items and Sheena was kind and courteous to reply me regarding the situation. She explained what was wrong and assured me that it will be shipped as soon as possible. The only thing, and I know it's out of her control is that the items still haven't shipped, I ordered them on July 11th and received a notification that they had shipped but each time I track it, all it says is that a label has been created and parcel information has been received. I hope they will arrive soon. Thank you!

Great Customer Care! I purchased a waist trainer that was too small and and wanted to exchange it. Sheena was very responsive and helpful. She saved me a lot of effort by giving me a discount on a larger size. This saved me from having to go through the hassle and cost of shipping the item back. She is a very quick responder and doesn't miss a step!

She talked well to me and was very nice I like her very much because of her I got my order placed well with no problem.

As my first time buying from here I really love the customer service! It’s the best I’ve ever gotten. Will buy more from here.

It was my first time ordering from here and I ended up getting the wrong size. I reached out to see if I can exchange it for a smaller size and sheena was so helpful. The exchange process was super easy and fast. Thank you again sheena , I can’t wait to start using my waist trainer sweat belt 🙏🏻☺️☺️
