I was logged out of my account and could not log back in. I tried the forgot password feature and got an error message saying to contact support. I did so and received a quick reply back. I would have to say the response time would have been maybe one day but it could be less. After messaging with the support admin I received instructions on how to get back into my account. I followed the steps and was able to get back into my account. Overall the experience was fast and friendly.

Great support. I had a Keep Key that was not showing the coins I had transferred to it were still there! Not only did they help me fix the bug, the login at the site was much easier once I got assistance about the fix! Thanks Team!!! Great work!
