I rarely have to use Shapeshift. I use a hardware wallet to store my crypto. So when I run into trouble getting the wallet to pair properly I have relied upon the Shapeshift team to help me out which they have done quickly and reliably over the years. I give them 5 stars.

Response to my ticket was fast and detailed. In my case i deposited EOS and had no idea of how EOS works. Balance show zero till i found out why its still zero. All in all my mistake that i didn't read carefully before transaction. Thank you support team.
