ShapeShiftReviews of shapeshift.com

Stay away from ShapeShift at all cost, first of all their entire system is backed on an very inferior hardware system, so they have a lot of down time. Furthermore, they don't have a password recovery method, if you forget your password, you're permanently locked out of your funds, despite their competitors are being COMPETENT enough to have a working recovery system. These guys are amateurs, their portfolio for coins is very limited, and there is absolutely no redeeming qualities for this brand.

Had a pending bonus on the accoint. Was the main reason for my deposit. Wasnt able however to claim it. Id verified and crypto bought. Service doesnt deliver what is promised.

Stay away from these guys. I bought 500 USD in ETH 1 hour ago, so far no coin . The price was 1.145=~.. they showed in the app the correct amount and when paid the amount was lower !! they ended up charging me 1.200usd + for the ETH when it never reached that value. And still no coins .. Stay AWAY from these guys.. find better options like Binance or Coinbase.
