Brand new Keepkey device having major issues, no response in over a week. Clicking on the 'get help' button redirects to a broken link. Keepkey arrives with absolutely no updates and is not useable until the device has been updates. Device has no instruction on arrival, it's a bunch of guessing. Going to website for information has no support for linux, you need to dig for how to update the device.

ShapeShift is a SCAM! Nothing works with them They're still sending a lot of emails about their nonexistent airdrops. Few months ago I received FOX tokens as an airdrop, but they dissapeared. My friend had this same situation. Now I checked ETH address of my registered FOX wallet, but it's not eligible for airdrop!

Nothing works on their website. Pair a ledger, or even their own mobile app. When you try to contact support that page doesn't work either. I'd keep well away.

Don't touch these sleezes with a bargepole! I have been with Shapeshift for years. I even owned the software wallet called KeepKey, before Shapeshift bought them out. A connected and consistent customer in other words. I would have used their wallets to store and move numerous cryptocurrencies over the years. Now in July 2021 the airdrop of their FOX token comes along. There are 4 or 5 eligibility criteria - of which I am good to go for at least 3 of them. But no. Their airdrop system has returned all my viable addresses as in-eligible. Okay, we all know errors happen - we are all human. Sigh, take a look at the support response I got. ''The ShapeShift airdrop smart contract has been finalized and executed, and it is unalterable. We are unable to review past transactions, consider other addresses for inclusion, or redirect your airdropped tokens to a different ETH address.'' What a nice way to treat a long-term and useful customer! Avoid this mess like the plague!

Where is my money? I made a purchase of bitcoin on 14.05 through the shapeshift service, which work through banxa, with the help of sepa transfer. May 18 did not receive bitcoin to my portis wallet. The shapeshift service said to contact banxa directly. To this day, we are in correspondence with banxa by mail. I did not receive money back. I did not receive bitcoin to my wallet. Banxa wrote to send the money again. Is it okay? Two weeks! Two weeks you will not return 2 thousand euros! Return the money to the account, otherwise i will contact the police, this is a scam! shape shift is awful. I went ahead and bought the keep key bc was on sale for 20 bucks and wanted a hardware wallet... unaware it was made specifically for shapeshift which apparently doesn't even work. Beta website is trash, doesn't load.. cant use a GMAIL on app download?.,,, .. made me create a new email for app dl, but already set up keepkey on website(which doesn't work) been waiting on a transaction to be sent for 30 dollars as a test from keepkey for over 12 days now... shapeshifts states its stuck in mining pool- which it is, however shapeshift split up this transaction into 2 separate txids- causing it to be stuck. they won't refund me, so now, the transaction will sit in meme pool for God knows how long ... the blame on network but it was shapeshift splitting up tx ids to get more fees per send from each wallet address. yeah they split up a 28-dollar sent into two... website don't even work. & Still in "Beta" for what? 6 years? Also service is terrible.. customer service takes days to respond then give attitude.. do not recommend this to ANYONE. couldn't figure out to reply to ur comment Shapeshift but thank u for reply- the original case #412368 & email address is same as listed on trust pilot for acct. Hope you will actually help & becaue that case is an email chain of 17 days worth of nothingless replies explaining to me how btc networks work.. which is all good and well, but nothing gets resolved on your end.. not a very good way to welcome a new customer who just purchased a KeepKey, & was about to fund account... Thank you
