I sent too many transactions to some wallets in my KK and as it was upgrading to ShapeShift my wallets began to disappear. I was fine with the time it took for resolution because of the excellent communication from the team. You can tell in their communication that they actually care to help you. The support team is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Between the support and direction of product I plan to remain a loyal KK an SS customer for a long time. I know I can rely on them. A++

I'm new to crypto and I'm not a heavy trader. The new Shapeshift platform (currently in beta) is fun, secure and easy to use. When I made a mistake (I forgot the tag with ripple!), their team was able to fix the problem with efficiency.

Highly recommend!!!! I have been doing a little crypto for a couple years now. I had an issue with Shapeshift on my end, they resolved it immediately , with one email, and they have also followed up twice. I had the same issue with Coinbase, and it took four months and 30+ emails and phone calls to resolve. Shapeshift is top notch. With their great customer service, they will be one of the major players for years to come. Great platform!!! Their integrated Keepkey is also a very good hardware wallet.
