ShapeShiftReviews of shapeshift.com

I love the ShapeShift non custodial exchange for a start. The support team are also very helpful at troubleshooting. I had an issue connecting my keepkey hardware wallet to an electrum wallet. It was an easy fix but I would not have figured it out without the support of the ShapeShift team. Looking forward to being able to sign transactions and verify holdings directly from the keepkey wallet.

Bitcoin for me is Not just an Investment,it is a Necessary Revolutionary Concept, that Could one day come to the Rescue of our Corrupt Global Financial System. Today I am the Proud Owner of Bitcoin, which is Securely Stored in my ShapeShift,Keep Key,Hard Wallet Account. But None of this would be Possible for me without the Expertise,Assistance,Persistence, and above all else Patience,of the ShapeShift Support Team,to whom I am Truly Grateful. Martin Walsh.

Helpful support!

I had to contact shapeshift customer support due to an error i made placing an order for a keep key. The mistake was completely my fault, and honestly i was not expecting them to be able to help me. The service rep was very helpful, went out of his way to fix my stupid mistake, and even followed up with a great resolution for me. The customer service i received was top notch. There shapeshift platform is something that I've been using more and more lately, it has improved a lot and it's quickly becoming one of my favorite crypto platforms.
