Hi Louise, You certainly did not get scammed, but please allow me to fix this for you! If you have not received order confirmation or dispatch email, please check your spam email inbox, if it is not in there, then please check any other emails you may have used. These emails are sent out automatically so they would have been delivered to whichever email you provided us. I located your order and I can see it was dispatched on the 27th of January, and it should be delivered within the next couple of days. If you need to reach out to our customer service team, you can do this at any point by emailing us at [email protected] or messaging us via instagram @shapelyldn. Hi Steph, I am unable to locate your order with the details you have provided here, but I can assure you, that your order would have been dispatched days ago if you ordered on the 28th of January. I apologise it seems our system has been having some issues with sending the order dispatch email to some of our customers. We are working on fixing this now! You can track your order using your order number, and email on the "Track your order" section of our website. All emails and messages will be responded to within 48 working hours, so you should have received a response already. Hi Sophie, I cannot find your order under you name, so if you could provide your order number that would be great, so we can look in to this for you. Regarding the tracking, sometimes the tracking can take a couple of days to update the status. This is not up to us unfortunately as the updates are provided by the courier. I can assure you that your order will have been dispatched, would have left the warehouse, and will be on it's way to you. If you cannot find your order confirmation or dispatch email, they are likely just in your spam email folder, or you may have entered your email incorrectly. Hello Kay, I have just checked your order and I can see that it was delivered to you on the 17th of january. There are no fake dispatch emails, or anything like that. If you have not received your order, and there was possibly a mistake by the courier, then please contact us via email and we will get this looked in to for you. Occasionally couriers will delivery your order to neighbours or leave it in a "safe place". If you could please check these, and also reach out to the courier you should be able to locate your order.
