Not even one star. I have tried to contact but haven’t received a response. Ordered on the 23rd of January and didn’t even received confirmation, just an email on promoting the items? (How am I meant to do that if they don’t even arrive?!)🥲. Will be having to request a refund from my bank 😭 if something is not done about it soon!! Wish I checked the reviews instead of believing the scam (which was EVERYWHERE). Hope they reply. Pleaseee. How awful.

Just got my delivery and honestly what the hell is this thing?? What control? What shaping? And the sizing is WELL off. I can literally go primark pay £10 and have way better support. This product is false advertisation. Should of known.

Ordered 2 suits, £35 taken from my bank, No order confirmation email, No dispatch. Great

I place an order over 6 weeks ago and so far guess what NO ITEMS received and I am doubtful they will arrive or if they do will be poor quality. I genuinely wish I had checked here first to prevent having my money fraudulently stolen. I legitimately don’t understand how they SCAMMING companies (I use the word company loosely) still exist and how they have morals to operate in such a way….shocking!!! I also had NO idea I was ordering from a business outside of the UK!! It is clear they are just another overseas criminally run organisation who entice you in with scam images and bullsh1t advertising!!!

None of the products match the items advertised. It's a scam, please don't waste your money. They use the images of the garments from another retailer. I have emailed for a refund and had no joy.

I really want to give no star, they took my money almost 40 euros and I never receive this bodysuit. And they write that I got it. And I don’t know how to get my money back. It’s a scam!

Horrendous! Don’t be fooled by the “influencers” who get paid their commission. Size 10 fits bottom half but top half there’s no support, straps are pathetic, I don’t have much on the top half and if I did there’s no way they would be contained. Shapely won’t offer any refund or partial refund for defective product. So will be taking this further.
