DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ordered 2 suits the same size and one is too big and the other doesn’t come past my chest. Sent an email with my complaint and haven’t heard anything back, so that was a waste of my money. 🤬

The delays is shipping and the lack of customer service is enough of a reason not to recommend shopping at Shapelyco. More than this, there’s the issue of the product itself. I ordered two bodysuits (it was a two-for-one deal). I don’t know what products the women on the website (in the videos) are wearing - but that is NOT the product that you will receive. Im 5’10 / 176cms and a size 12. I diced down to a small as recommended on the website. The product is so long in the body that it scrunches up. It is baggy on my thighs (looser than any pair of leggings that I own). Provides no support around the midsection whatsoever. In short, this website is a scam and is selling fake product - the videos on the site and the reviews are not for the product that you’ll receive. Please don’t spend your money here. EDIT: Shapely have replied here instead of to my six emails sent to their customer service because they know I can’t post a Reply (only an edit). Unless I post my name, contact number and order number, they are also threatening to have this review removed. This is what companies like this do - bully customers so they can continue with illegal practices. Don’t be fooled by their website and the fake positive reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Stupid long delivery time and they’re refusing to refund body suits (that they advertise as being tops on TikTok because they’re under swear. As shape wear goes, they’re absolutely rubbish.

Awful customer service!! They will tell you all kind of lies when your product is late(like more than a month late!) to keep you waiting and not canceling but when you finally get your product and they get there money they will not respond to your emails. I will never buy anything from Shapely again and don't recommend it! Edit: I got million emails like your reply but when I actually needed you to do something you never responded. So no thanks, never again. Learned my lesson.

Purchased 2 bodysuits on the 3rd February and only received a confirmation email. Items have yet to dispatched yet it states orders will be sent within 3 days. Still no sign of the items purchased, or proof they were ever sent. I'm now having to go through the fraud department via my bank to claim the money back. I don’t understand how scam companies can even exist in this day and age and be advertised through such big platforms such as Snapchat and instagram. I will definitely be checking for reviews of every business before I buy from now on. If I'd done so I would have seen all the reviews of them a fake business.

This company is a SCAM!! Ordered the 2 for 1 on bodysuits 10 days ago only received an email confirming my order. I have received ‘nothing’ but company has taken my money regardless. Disgusting that this still goes on especially going through Instagram which you would think is a credible and reliable source. Do not buy from this company!

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT AHOP HERE AND CHARGEBACK WITH YOUR BANK! now they are making fake 5 star reviews on trustpilot (like the game reviews on their site). Reverse image search the images on the 5 star reviews and you will see this is a scam! So obvious when the 5 star reviews have the same format of names. On their site they have been lazy enough to even leave the “test” on the reviews as they are done by bots. Lies lies lies not even in a single magazine! And worst of all they are now reporting the bad reviews which I will be reporting to trust pilot as well and providing them all the evidence!!

No shipping information was ever emailed. 12 days to arrive as they are shipping from overseas. Bought the 2 for 1 deal and they are absolutely pointless. I ordered size 10-12 and I’m usually a size 16 around the bust area but 10-12 on the waist. Not at all tight around the waist. Sizing completely incorrect. The body suit has a big panel of hook and eyes in the gusset area. Not a great bulky look in jeans. The straps are really thin and there is no support for my chest at all. Asked for a refund but I see they don’t offer one. Just avoid. If you want to blow money just set fire to £35, doing this is as pointless as buying this product
