Daylight robbery!! I ordered 2 items which didnt fit, so I messaged them on instagram (they had already been replying to me on a shipping question I had), and as soon as I asked what the returns process was they have gone COMPLETELY SILENT on me! No insta replies OR email! So im now stuck with some rubbish bodysuits that dont fit and cant get my money back!! Im so frustrated and theres nothing else I can do

Not good customer service, said they would send replacements but not heard anything since, you cannot return your items and so I am now left with 3 items and no way or sending them back or getting a refund! Swerve this company To note they were super polite on emails but have done nothing to rectify the issue and so I will not be dealing with them again

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. The fabric is SO flimsy. No support. And the fit is VERY short. Don’t get suckered by the online marketing hype.

I ordered two of the body suits when they were on offer, they arrived in cheap non branded packaging, no labels, the bodysuits themselves are poor quality I'm afraid to say which I'd have expected from somewhere like Shein but not when I'm paying £40! I tried to return these and it actually turns out you cannot return them...even when only one bodysuit was opened and tried on. Another instagram hyped up company with bad online selling practices and poor quality items, I learnt my lesson so please save your money.

I'm a size 20. I'm not bigger than that or just saying that I am. I have several clothes of that size. I wanted a size 20-22 as I have big boobs but they recommend you size down and I did. I couldn't even get it past my thighs or shoulders and it's non refundable for hygiene reasons when they could easily mitigate that with the plastic protector like other brands do. also they don't seal packaging so if you bought two of the same size you can't prove you've not tried it as packaging is a zip. this company thrives off seductive advertising, pretending you get a good deal so you buy sale/offer items that are also nonrefundable. their ethos is disingenuous and is probably best suited for people of a small frame or already have an hourglass figure. the stretch is so limiting. it's not like other brands which look tiny out the box but are more forgiving than they seem. I'm doubtful they are making profit because their product is actually good and does what it says. really sucks I've wasted £32. will try to sell but don't know if anyone will buy.

Not even arrived. No customer service response, shocking. Don’t bother
