Absolutely awful product. Would Absolutely not recommend. Took weeks and weeks to arrive and when it finally did, and i tried it on. It is NOTHING like the videos. No support for my large boobs, does not give me the 'snatched' look. It does nothing. Absolutely nothing. Better off wearing a cami t shirt.

Do not purchase from here, returns cost £12.60 as the are not in London as implied. Products took ages to arrive. Were then odd sizing, body not long enough for an adult. On returning items, it costs £12.60 from the UK. I contacted them to discuss their misleading name and hidden return information and they didn’t care. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

Please don't use this company! As a previous review said, they take your money and run. Poor quality, not supportive at all and I'm still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later!!!

Initially ordered a laced shapewear bodysuit that looked absolutely beautiful on the website. When it arrived two weeks later it did not even resemble what I had ordered. It wasn't shapewear. It was too short on the torso, didn't even come up to the boobs - and I'm only 5'3". I contacted them, they offered store credit with a return, a half refund or a replacement with an offer to swap out the laced version for the snatched version. Being a trusting person, I agreed to the swap out replacement. It arrived this morning. It's terrible. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Provides no support or shaping. And again, isn't long enough to cover from chest to crotch! I emailed immediately. They have refused a refund, but did offer store credit upon return and inspection. Or they can send me a different replacement item and in this instance I can keep the original items...... I'm currently in touch with trading standards. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Edit: Have now had a reply through trust pilot asking me to provide further personal information and to send an email to their customer service. I'm already in touch with their customer service as I felt it was appropriate to try and resolve this before reviewing. They already have all my information. Apparently my review may get taken down. Edit 2: Chargeback completed with my bank. Shapely have stopped contacting me despite trying to pressure me into accepting some kind of "goodwill gesture". Chapter closed. Please avoid.

I didn't receive my order! If only I could give 0 stars to write a review. I placed an order with Shapely on 7.2.23 and I still haven't received it. I have contacted them via the email they have provided on their website a number of times and I received automated responses but they haven't bothered to contact me since despite me chasing the issue. I guess I'm not getting my order or my money back. Absolute waste of money and time.

Ordered from shapely ldn, but now when I click the link on my order it takes it to shapely, tried to request a return via customer services but all email bounce back as site unknown. Wouldn’t recommend

I'm actually not even one for reviews unless I NEED THE WORLD TO KNOW. I am beyond disappointed. This brand is actually terrible. I was encouraged to buy this through an Instagram advert, to which I did a little research and held a bit of faith. The website said they were based in Poole which isn't far from where I'm from, so thought I'd go ahead and support an independent business from a small town. BUT IT WAS DELIVERED FROM CHINA, not even an assumption of mine - it said it on my tracking where it came from and the bodysuit DID NOT HAVE the Shapely name anywhere on it. Disgraceful. Above this, I'm 5"4 and a size 8-10 and the website said to order a M.... When it arrived, it was SOOOOO much stretchier than I expected. I thought this is meant to keep all my bits in? Honestly a 7ft person who's a size 12-16 could fit into this size. I also thought upon checkout I ordered a pack of thongs, but wasnt on my receipt, nor received them?? I emailed, sent several Instagram comments and a DM, yet someone only replied yesterday when I got them today. I ordered these weeks ago. Awful customer service, I'd ask for a refund but I'd probably not hear back from them. Abort.

Terrible sizing i bought 2 both large one too big one too small, Terrible quality. Does nothing. Avoid at all costs.
