Absolute scam - do not buy from this company. Poor quality, poor fitting and even though it statesthey offer a refund, they do not!

It took over a month to get my items, I received the items in April whereas I was supposed to get them in 7-10 days, the customer services was not helpful, all they said was the address was unknown although this address has been around for years. I had to give my address more than twice and I had to continue to get in touch by email and chat as there was no number to call, so had to wait for them to get back to me.

Wish I read these reviews before. Kept seeing the adverts on my Instagram which pursued me to buy. Waits ages for them to arrive and so disappointed. Too long in the body, absolutely no support at all. The straps are so thin which just cut in and even as tight as they go they’re still too big. You can see your nipples through the material. But the main thing is that it doesn’t shape you. It’s just like wearing a bodycon. The company don’t do refunds despite alluding to giving you a refund as along as there is no sign of wear and that you try it on with pants. - it is intact just a credit note. AVOID! Save your money and buy skims instead. Since Shapely responded to this comment below they have done nothing. Nothing. I just want a refund. It needs to be clearer that refunds are not given (even though it says they do offer refunds) and credit notes are all that’s offered for this shabby product.

Ordered from Shapely Ldn following the glowing instagram reviews. Received no confirmation email and after about 2 weeks, 2 bodysuits did actually turn up. Initially, felt relieved, but then i tried them on. Poor quality, way too long in the body so useless, i cannot wear. I contacted customer service to see if a smaller size would be better suited to be told they had no record of my order. After a lot of searching, i am told i actually ordered from heyshape and they are nothing to do with each other. I have never even heard of heyshape. My google search history shows i checked out with shapely ldn, but it appears on my bank statement as heyshape. This seems to me to be the biggest scam going. If i try to access the page in my history, it says the page has been removed or deleted. So i am £35 worse off with 2 horrible body suits that are fit for the bin. Also, if i google heyshape uk, the first page that appears is the shapelyldn co address and quite clearly says Heyshape, Heyshape UK, Shapely UK!! They are obviously all connected and using each other as a way to get out of returns. I tried to credit search them, and can find no trace of either company. Why are they hiding and why are they so secretive? I cannot stress enough, please listen to the reviews and stay away - DO NOT BUY !!

So annoyed and wish I had read the reviews. Poor fit, absolutely no elasticity. No refund only a credit note is a scam, they only sell supposed "Shapewear" which I really do not want. I am still awaiting my returns label. Unpleasant experience with this company shall definitely warn others about Shapely!!!

Just awful! I've tried to cancel the order within one hour of placing it. Apparently, it was already shipped. Absolute lie as I had to chase for the delivery which took over 6 weeks. The bodysuits are cheap and don't hold anything in. They are way too big too. I've tried to return but for hygiene reasons they can't give a refund, only a store credit which makes no sense.

Terrible service. They didn't deliver their product in the time frame they set 7-14 days from a Sheffield to Wiltshire, how does it even take that long. They don't do refunds, yet they claim they are in accordance with the laws in the UK. They claim easy returns and imply a refunds policy on their terms of use, yet there is no link to the refunds policy. If someone is returning something they want a refund because they're not happy with service and product, not because they want a credit note. Wouldn't recommend. Take notice of their terrible reviews!

The worst shapewear I have ever received - I’m a uk 12 and 5’7 I got a small and it was massive and really long. It was so baggy I can’t wear it with anything! Also the fact you don’t do refunds for anything other than store credit is awful - I don’t want to get anything else I just want my money back
