Terrible product. Straps are far too long even on the tightest setting and has zero support. Took weeks to arrive too. More importantly… How is it legal to trade in the UK with no refund policy?? How do I go about getting my money back? Hire a solicitor? Order #37200

I want to return the items as the font fit me and i can't get a reply with the return address!! I wouldn't recommend buying from them. It says easy returns?!!

Order number 38764 I placed an order with you on the 20th May, and after reading trustpilot I decided to cancel my order which I did by emailing you on the 21st May.Your customer service team replied back asking me why, so I gave my reasons and even after these emails you still decided to dispatch the items when I clearly stated in my email to cancel the order. I would like a full refund of the items and I will refuse the delivery when it arrives.If I don’t here back I will be contacting my bank .

Do not buy from this company! Total waste of money. 2 bodysuits purchased that are not what they say they are! It is a con and you can't get a refund! They don't even have a seal around the underwear so you don't actually know if it been worn before and they definitely DO Not shape your body! That's material is flimsy. I am the stupid one for purchasing but this company should be exposed!

Item took a while to be received as I believe it’s shipped from China. When arrived it was in non branded packaging with no tags. It had a very cheap look and feel to it and definitely doesn’t look anything like it was advertised as. Although they say they process refunds you only get store credit which is pointless as I wouldn’t want anything else from there store if it’s anything like the item I have already ordered. Wish I read these reviews first and it’s ultimately just a waste of time and money!

Not shapewear - literally just normal pants. Will be posting a full review about this on my socials as apparently they don't do returns only credit. Let's see who buys from them once people actually see how had they are 😅

Poor quality, doesn't fit well, poor packaging and when I wanted to return they do not have a returns policy on their offers Do not buy from this company. it's just a money making scam.
