ShapelyReviews of shapelyco.com

Simply don’t do what they say. The review I gave and received a reply. Still no further on. What they write is just for show. They certainly do not reply to any emails as they say “send us an email so we can talk and provide a resolution.” Bullsh**

Please do not buy from this company. The bodysuits are ill fitting and are poorly made. They state they will not provide refunds due to “hygiene” but will still accept returns for store credit or replacements. How does that make sense? What does hygiene have to do with it if they’re still accepting the item back? It’s not about hygiene - it’s about scamming people with a cheap product and keeping the money. I will have no use with another cheaply made item from your company and want my money back. I wish I had checked the reviews first. (Order #39046).

Do not order from this company! My parcel never arrived and they make getting a refund impossible. I have gone to my bank. Awful.

Order #38541 was completely different place than advertised. The items don’t match the bodysuit is ribbed unlike the original images they are sized completely wrong. I better get a refund before I raise hell.

Size of the product does not fit the size of the normal human body. By what I have received, their products can only fit someone with extremely long torso, otherwise it will not fit you. Also, there is no refunds, their website says it’s because they are small business, but they said it’s due to hygienic reasons, though they will give you store credit so I can’t really understand how it has anything to do with hygiene.

Wish I had read Trustpilot first! The lace bodysuit appears to be made for someone who is about 4ft tall. I'm only 5ft 6 and the breast support comes to my waist even on the longest straps. Appears cheaply made and can't imagine it would flatter anyone. I also got the nude bodysuit and sized down as advised in the sizing guide for a more 'snatched' look. This item does NOTHING other than make me look like a potato! The breast support is uneven on each side and the material is far too thin therefore does not provide any support at all. But no problem, I thought, I'll just return them. Only to realise they will only offer store credit which would be about as much use as a chocolate teapot. No doubt I'll recieve their usual response of 'sorry you feel this way,we'll look into it' only they won't look into it and won't refund their customers for items that are sub standard and not fit for purpose.

I got hooked on all the insta adds and bought it. It doesn't fit as it shown. even nearly. Even xs doesn't give me the promised snatched waist Plus You can't return it! At all! There is no way you would be given a refund. Only a store credit Cheap scam

Absolute scam. Site is advertising buy one get one free, I ordered 1 got 1 and shapely feels this makes sense. The bodysuit is cheap and does nothing. Don’t waste your money. Below is the explanation I received from customer services “Thanks for your response. When you purchase 2 Bodysuits, you will pay 50% each as stated on our website. In this case, you are just paying for 1 item and the other one is free” I’ve obviously responded to which they are ignoring. I’ve reported them to trading standards, fingers crossed they work their magic.
