Absolute scam. I ordered on July 14th never received the item, tried to cancel the order several times after it hasn't been dispatched for 2 weeks only to be told it couldn't be cancelled and it was on the way Finally it was agreed I could get a refund yet that mysteriously has never showed up either. Nearly £40 lost. Absolute joke. Avoid this company at all costs

August 12 I placed an order 3451333 and has been in Woodrige, Illinois since the 14. I have sent multiple emails and I have had no response. I want a refund immediately and if I need to cancel my payment I will be filing with the better business bureau. I have printed all the reviews that have had the same problem and will submit all of the reviews. I don’t want any one to have the same negative experience. I have emailed my online receipt, confirmation a tracking number was given 92487902336058840002328131. I don’t know what I can do but if I don’t get my items or money refunded I will go beyond all means to share this so you lose all business and no one else will be scammed. It’s a recession shame on whoever is behind this scam! If there’s a way to post pictures on trust pilot share how because I have all the information from this purchase. Woodridge created a tracking number but never received the items to ship.

I reached out to your team about exchanging my size XS for XXS. They explained how to do the exchange. I had to pay for shipping. Then, once my items arrived, no one got back in touch. I had to follow up. In the end, there was no stock of XXS for me, so it was all for nothing.

30 August 2023 Full refund has been received. Thanks Trustpilot your Platform gives us a voice. 18th August 2023 This is the worst ever shopping experience I am currently having with this seller. I received my delivery on the 16th. I emailed them within minutes of receiving my order, requesting a return due to poor quality and fitting. I have since emailed them four times for a returns address. Twice have I had a response asking what the problem was. Thrice have I explained my dissatisfaction with their product, and provided photos. Not once have they provided me with a returns address. Their returns is within 7 days it seems like they are delaying providing me with a returns address details until time runs out. I have read so may people's scam purchases, never thought id be a victim any time soon.My bank has asked me to first contact them for a resolution before I can officially pass the matter onto them to handle.I feel I have been conned by this company. I received terms and conditions of refunds after, they learned that I want a full refund. stipulating they don't refund but provide credit vouchers. This is nowhere stipulated at the the point of sale. My next step is the consumer ombudsman before I pass it onto my bank. Please stay away from this consumer. Awful experience top to bottom, excuse the pun. The garment, which I had already sized down on to a 10-12 didn't do anything to cinch me in anywhere on my body. The 'bra' straps are also too long so even with them on the tightest they will go they offer no support - I have a sizable chest so if you were smaller busted it would just hang off you. Equally, if you get the delivery and find that this is the case, they won't give you your money back. Even if you have tried the garment over your underwear, which they ask you to do, so actually it's no different to returning a t-shirt and a pair of shorts. I am disappointed in myself for falling for an IG sponsored post, disappointed in the goods themselves and really hope you don't make this same mistake. Go for something reputable instead!

My girlfriend ordered 4 items from Shapely to be worn under a bridesmaid dress. After arriving later than advertised (after the wedding!) she was disappointed with the falsely advertised, poor quality, and looked to return. I’m in shock to say that this company offers no refunds, only store credit. According to the Government website, it is actually unlawful to not only advertise a dishonest quality (material is not what you advertise), false shipping period, and questionable return terms, but to not offer customers a refund within 14 days for untouched products! Please can this matter be resolved or else myself and others will be taking this issue to social media. This is actual scamming, as stated above, you cannot advertise such aspects! I would be more than willing to delete my review if this can be sorted.

Could give 0 stars if I could. Roped in by all the amazing reviews that are advertised everywhere. Took a while for delivery but when it did arrive I was disappointed. I’m a UK size 10/12. The medium is uncomfortable and one do the bodysuits has threads coming out of the stitches. I wanted to return, to then find out you can’t return without contacting customer service and wouldn’t even get a refund - just store credit. If I had known that I would not have purchased but they advertise “easy returns” on their website? Don’t think it’s easy when you do email, I’ve had one response and then no reply!! I’ve had an automated email since to ask how the customer service was. Which was rubbish, because they haven’t solved my problem. I don’t usually bother to write reviews like this, but for anyone reading who might invest. Don’t bother! You may as well put £32 in a the bin because that’s how I’ve been left to feel! This is not how you run business….

They have bought rubbish bodysuits in bulk and have spent all their money on marketing. They will not refund. Don’t get ripped off like I did. It would be good if you replied to customer emails as quickly as you did to trust pilot reviews - I emailed days ago.
