Order took a while to arrive. The item made no difference in terms of ‘snatching’ in my waist. I certainly couldn’t get into a size smaller in my jeans like the ads say. My breasts were actually squashed rather than pulled in and pushed up. I wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before ordering as they tell a different story to the reports in the site and FB page. I have contacted them twice to get a response to return the items (with their ‘if you’re not satisfied, we guarantee we will refund within 14 days). I ordered about 8 days ago, I received the item yesterday and have tried contacting them since then. I just hope they contact the enable the refund! UPDATE- they contacted 3/11/23 and offered refund

Bodysuits weren’t fit for purpose and it took me two attempts to get a response about returning. They then said that they don’t offer refunds, only exchanges or credit. Absolute scam! Update - Finally received a full refund after numerous emails and quoting the consumer act, but it shouldn’t take that to get a refund.

This company is so obviously a scam company, I regret not doing a quick online search before I ordered. My items took a month to arrive, which I was not warned of before. The products were cheap and ill-fitting, and not even real shapewear. I have asked for a return address so I can send back the items, and they are refusing to provide this to me. They are a company without an address! Total scam. God knows where they ship their items from. It's also illegal to not allow returns for goods bought online in the UK. I've reported them to trading standards and I urge you to do the same if you've ordered anything from them.

Should have known these products would be no good. Purchased the bodysuit and had to return that! The shapewear thong is the wrong size ( using the size guide on the website) too big and product is not refundable. Then there is the stick on bras, again no good, too big. Again purchased using the size guide on the website. Waste of money

If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I am mad at myself for not reviewing this company before purchasing from them - but hope that in adding my review here I can help other customers not make the same mistake. Much like other recent purchasers, I ordered bodysuits which came up really big, even after sizing down. The day that the order arrived, I emailed the company to request a refund. After being offered an exchange for a smaller size (24 hours after my first email - terrible customer service), I reconfirmed my request for a refund only to be told that the company doesn’t offer refunds. Looking at comments here it looks like customers simply aren’t getting their money back. I will continue to ask for my refund, and will be seeking consumer rights advice.

Do not order from these people! Very disappointed. I ordered 2 body suits in L and unfortunately they are too big. I adhered to all their returns/exchange policy, including wearing my own underwear to try on, kept all original packaging intact and made contact for return immediately. This is where it fell apart. I requested a refund as I would not be able to wait for an exchange (very long delivery). I was then told via email 'Please note that due to health and hygienic reasons regarding bodysuits and underwear, we cannot accept refunds'. This is not in their policy. I replied to Shapely to query this and have had no responses since. I have emailed again and no response. Their policy stipulates a 14 day limit for return/exchange, and without them communicating with me I am unable to adhere to this. There is no telephone number. The 'chat' function does not work. Essentially hiding behind an email address. I feel that Shapely are providing a very poor service, effectively once you have paid your money, they disappear. Trading Standards should be informed. My order number 48584.

This people are scam ! Don't fall for it i order 2 body suits they charge my card and i never received the items I've been sending emails with no response i even try to called them and it said the phone is disconnected. I want me money back !!!! 3451835# THIS IS A SCAM do not order from them !

Just one word - awful. Ordered a bodysuit, tried over the clothes, but due to ridiculous design tried to return it only to be told no refund is available and only a store credit. Contacted them after weeks of sending the return - nothing. Apparently it takes them time to find the return using the order number??! Send another email with proof of return etc - still waiting. Not worth the hassle. Not worth the money spend on the return. Never again.
