Stay away from them no matter what!!
Stay away from them no matter what!!! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I can't believe how awful their body suits are and how they treat their customers! I even reached out to them via email to arrange an exchange, and they promised to assist me, but now they're completely ignoring me! None of my emails or messages are getting any response. I'm going to comment on every single one of their posts and warn others to avoid them at all costs!!! Their behavior is absolutely disgusting, if you ask me!!! The more they take advantage of people, the more they're going to suffer!!!

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I ordered both the snatched and sculpting bodysuits and couldn't wait to squeeze into some tight jeans and experience that "snatched" hype...... ABSOLUTE LET-DOWN OF MY LIFE. The sculpting bodysuit shorts were way to tight and hurt to pull it up and over my butt/ hips. Worst of all, the tummy and waist control is very stretchy and roomy, provides no control or snatched look at all. I ordered according to the size guide on the website, but it was useless. The bra straps loosen easy and don't have enough support for big busts. Because the shorts on the sculpting suit were so tight to pull up, a massive tear runs through the crotch now. Do not order from Shapelyco!!!! Research REAL reviews first. I wish I had ordered somewhere else.

Cheap China rubbish
Unless your nipples are in line with your belly button and like them there they are quite short in the body. Also do not give you that "snatched" look infact they don't do anything. I am between sizes but went for the larger size to accommodate my breasts but was still too small on the chest and did nothing on my waist. You cannot return items to them only exchange them but you have to pay the postage.

I ordered a few body suits . They are too big. I’ve been trying to get information on how to return them.? I’ve been emailing for a week, no response! After 14 days they can’t be returned. Very frustrating

Awful customer service.
Does not deserve even half a star. Awful customer service. I received my order on 10/11. Since then I have been trying to get a response to return it. I got one offering me a change of size. When I responded that I want a refund I got another email saying I cannot return the bodysuits for a refund, only store credit or exchange of size. Since then no one is responding to my chats or emails. Nothing! I will be telling everyone on my social media about this bad experience! Be warned! I hope you go out of business very quickly! Your service is appalling and you do not deserve to be in business! Shame on you! Look at how many bad reviews you have and everyone saying the same. This is not how you do business!

Worst customer service EVER
Have emailed this company on numerous occasions to try and return shapewear that’s too big and have been ignored, would never buy anything from this company again also there sizing is ridiculous, bought a M and far too big and normally on clothes I’m a L

AVOID AVOID AVOID 🙄🙄
AVOID AVOID AVOID 🙄🙄 Placed an order which took longer than it should have as it’s now apparent the company is located in China, not UK. My order was not delivered and despite advising Shapely of this and completing a form to allow the courier to investigate the missing order, I’ve had complete radio silence from Shapely regarding my refund. Appalling company and so-called customer service. I expect my refund within the next 48 hours.

Appalling product and appalling customer service
Do not buy, it’s cheap for a reason! I bought two which didn’t fit correctly and were uncomfortable so I reached out to their customer service team. Didn’t think a customer service team could be so bad!! Took weeks to answer and actively ignored messages and emails I sent. After asking for clarification on the refund and returns process they took days and days to answer and then had the cheek to rush me in my answers and return. Took WEEKS to resolve and was an utter waste of time and completely frustrating to deal with. Save your mental health and time and shop elsewhere
