Made no difference whatsoever

Made no difference whatsoever, my tummy was not sucked in even a small and other lumps and bumps still there. Quite uncomfortable to wear and struggled to get it back off. No support for your boobs whatsoever. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Edit following response from company: I did contact you to try and resolve before writing a bad review. Your response was if I returned them still in the packaging at my own expense you would them decide whether or not to give me store credit. Firstly, what would I want store credit for? The items are bad quality. Secondly, I could see from other reviews that when others returned them, you them decided to not even give the store credit so people were out of pocket even more having had to pay for the return. When I said this all I got was an email asking how I would rate your customers service. Minus 10.

Body suits are absolutely rubbish
Body suits are absolutely rubbish. There is no support in them, no compression or lift for boobs or bum. They are super long in the body so I just had ripples of excess material showing under clothes. I haven’t even taken one out of its packet but they are saying I can’t return for a refund, just a credit note or exchange. Why would I buy something else I’m not sure will work or fit if I can’t return it. Apparently it’s due to ‘issues around hygiene with underwear products’…just put the plastic liners in the knickers that all other retailers do so people can return if they don’t fit. Eventually got a 30% refund which is poor.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
What a con. These bodysuits so not do anything they promise. I’m a size 10 with large breast. They promised to support my breasts without bra lines. After 30 minutes of wearing I had to take it off. My shoulders were red and really sore. There is no support in the bodysuit. You do not make you look slimmer. They are no better than the Primark shapewear that’s half the price. Also you can’t get a refund. And the customer service is terrible. Avoid wasting your money. Luckily I paid for them on my credit card and will make a claim through visa.

Same for me as well I ordered 2 they will not allow me to return the items even though they are total rubbish, they dont hold anything in and they definately do not support your boobs - rubbish I feel so ripped off, money is tight for a lot of people at the moment and their non existant returns policy is a joke, they hide behind being a small company when they know full well their product is being miss sold Regarding the below response from Shapely - I had already sent an email and no one has bothered to contact me - I also sat on your on-line chat for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to reply to my questions

Would give zero if I could
Would give zero if I could. No support what so ever and the don't refund. Avoid at all costs. 01/02/24 had already contacted your customer service who did not help me. Stay away from this company. Their response below is only to save face. Their product is a waste of money.

No support whatsoever
This body does nothing for the tummy, doesn't suck it in or offer any support whatsoever. Completely useless. The body offers zero support for the bust area and slips under the bra. Terrible

I order Nov 11. And it’s been more than a month already but the item was never deliver. I try to contact them for a refund no one is answering my emails. I’m still hoping my money will come back. Please don’t order to this shop (website) and I’m afraid they might scam and take your bank details.

NO REFUNDS EVER, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This company does not offer refunds. You do not know this until you try to refund the items. They only sell 3 products so if you don't like what you bought, you are going to be stuck with the same product with either a pant, legs or thong style. They sell their 'product' as support wear but honestly it is not, it is nothing more than a bodysuit - very clever marketing but nothing like true support wear. However once you get the product, you realise... you then are going to go through hell trying to return them... they are absolutely not clear on this NO REFUNDS POLICY and you are setting yourself up for no return address even for an exchange, very long delays in responses from their customer service and only a 14 day window to even get a credit note.
