I would offer zero stars if that were an option. This company is an absolute disgrace - and really need investigating for false advertising. Their ‘shapewear’ isn’t shapewear at all - it’s basically a poor quality vest top with hook & eye bits for your undercarriage. I asked them for a refund as my items were ‘significantly not as described’ and they refused, instead offering me a credit note. Outrageous. I will be exploring a chargeback through my bank instead. I urge you to save your money and shop elsewhere.

After purchasing two bodysuits, I found them both quite uncomfortable when I tried one on, even though they were my size. I decided to return both of them and requested more information via email on how to return because there was no slip inside the package I received. I was communicating with someone called Anna who sent me an address on the 14th of April 2023, to return my items. This was an address to The Netherlands. Since then, I have never received a reply to the numerous emails I have sent regarding my parcel and refund, till this day. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating on top of the fact I paid custom fees to send my return. It feels like I have been scammed and I have been patient for too long. Instead of communicating like professionals, they have chosen to ignore my emails and keep the refund money that they rightfully owe me. Absolutely disgusting.

Word of warning please don't buy from this company. The slim wear is no good! It's flimsy! I have emailed and been on there bot chat site trying to ask for a return address and a refund, but have had no response from either. If I'd had read the reviews first I would not have wasted my money £50!! , Will try and contact my bank and see if they can help.

Absolute garbage!! Better quality items from Primark for less and just realised they do not give refunds they give you store credit. What the hell is that about the products I received are rubbish so there is no way I’d want to spend the money on more rubbish products! Buyer beware! I will attempt to get a refund from my bank but not sure if I will be able to 😡😡😡😡😡

CAUTION: Will not refund. Despite it being a breach of UK law, Shapely will not refund goods, only offering credit (of no use if the products do not work for you). They seem unsure whether their argument is hygiene, or whether "we're a small company and can't afford it, boohoo!" Either way, it's illegal under distance selling regulations. If you get caught out, I suggest issuing a chargeback through your bank.

I REALLY wish I’d read all these reviews before I purchased! My order took 3 weeks to arrive and once I received the order I was massively underwhelmed. I’ve had better shapewear from Primark. It did absolutely nothing to my figure and you definitely still need a bra, despite the claims! Total waste of money…

SCAM COMPANY - do not use! I imagine the only good reviews (if you can find any!) for this company are ones they’ve written themselves. The products arrived in flimsy/used plastic bags with random wording on them. There are NO labels attached and NO hygiene labels attached, given these are underwear garments surely that would be a basic health and safety requirement. One of my items was faulty, it has faulty stitching right along the front of the neckline which completely ruins the look of it so I cannot wear it. I send an email and received one reply to say they would help if I send photos, I have since sent over 10 emails and contacted them on the website/online chat to absolutely no response whatsoever. They are clearly not interested in sorting the issue or replacing the faulty product. Absolutely disgusting/zero ‘customer service’. DO NOT USE!!
