Awful product. Sizing all wrong. I have very large breasts and the straps are the most flimsy I have ever seen. I doubt they would give support to the smallest of boobs. Complete waste of money

Received my order, however changed my mind and no longer want it. It hasn't even been out the packaging let alone tried on and they won't refund, just exchange or credit which is useless because I don't want it anymore or any of their other products. Clearly states easy returns on the website but doesn't say no refunds unless you dig into the policies. I don't tend to buy from shops that don't accept returns/refunds, my mistake!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering! Got sucked In by their clever marketing, ordered one bodysuit (buy one get one free offer) and after 2 weeks the items finally arrived and they are certainly not the ‘PREMIUM’ quality shapewear they advertise. Several snags in the fabric and elastic fraying around the bust. Flimsy straps will not support anything in the chest area…I didn’t even bother trying them on before emailing customer services requesting a refund for faulty items. Since reading these reviews I doubt very much I will hear anything from the company, no response as yet but I will chase and then raise a dispute with my credit card company to claim the money back. Please don’t be fooled by this company, poor quality goods with some very clever marketing. Trading standards also should be made aware! UPDATE - customer services refunded me for the items but only after I advised I would raise a chargeback with my card issuer and report them to trading standards for false advertising!

Took a couple of weeks to arrive, very disappointed when tried on , cheap , almost instantly regretted my purchase. Not a great shape poor quality, after reading some of the other reviews I won’t even bother asking for a refund as it appears a credit note is all you’ll get . Can’t say I would ever use it on anything anyway . Taken as a lesson learned. Primark is better and cheaper. I personally would not buy again

I rate them 0 stars. The shapewear has nothing to do with shapewear. And the items I received were not finished. Therefor not to be used. Customerservice is not responding to any of my many requests. Cheap china crap. Do your selve a favor. Spend the extra money and buy good quality. I have ordered from skims now. They never dissapoint.

I bought 2 x large bodysuits and realised I needed a smaller size.Enquired about returns process as none of my garments had tags or return slip. I received an email advising what I should do, returned the bodysuits tracked as instructed. Now what? I’ve emailed several times asking for an update but no response. My tracking number advises that the bodysuits were received by you but the lack of communication and customer service is terrible. I just want an exchange & confirmation that this is being carried out ok.

Please, please don't be duped into buying off this company. It said they were based in London on the web page I ordered from,but when I was finally able to track my order after several un replied emails from the company. I found the goods were coming from Beijing 😕so made in sweat shops. Wish I'd never bothered.
