Absolutely avoid this company at all costs total scam I received items tried one on over underwear as stated they do not fit. Illegal not offering refunds goes against on line selling rules for which I will be reporting them. Sent 3 emails no response and tried 3 times with their chat bot and had no response.

I wish I read the reviews before buying. Waste of money dose not shape your body primark and shien are better quality.

Cheap rubbish shipped from China! States ‘easy returns’ most definitely not easy & apparently non-refundable! I pointed out nowhere does it state I wouldn’t get a refund and how negative the reviews are apparently Sofia at customer service ‘totally understands’…..email below: Thank you for getting back to me. Appreciate it! I totally understand you. Unfortunately, we're super clear about our return policy. Here's the best I can do for you, as a gesture of goodwill- I would love to offer you a 20% refund with no obligation to return your order. Please let me know so I can process the refund as soon as possible.

I can only echo the 1 star reviews below - this is a scam drop shopping company sending out poor quality products and operating an illegal ‘no cash refund’ policy for online goods based on spurious references to ‘hygiene’ despite their instructions to try on over knickers in order to be able to return the items. Reporting this and their also illegal permanent ‘sales’ to trading standards while pursuing a full cash refund. Appalling.

Avoid, Avoid!!!!! One star is too much in my opinion very poor quality, complaint chat service is useless- they don’t respond within minutes as stated in chat. I’m so very disappointed and upset- can’t believe I have been fooled! Contacted them via Email they will not accept a return even though I did NOT try item on!!! They offered a measly £4 as a token of goodwill ( what a joke) 😡 please avoid at all costs please do not waste your hard earned money and go to somewhere REPUTABLE.

AVOID!!! Total scam of a website - ordered 2 products nearly a month ago, tracking information simply says 'In transit' Tried to contact customer services but no response to emails or web chat. Unable to claim a refund. Total waste of money.

I wish I’d read these reviews other than all the misleading ones on their website. Products do not hold you in even if you go down a size either. I was told they could exchange but not refund due to hygiene reasons…I am currently waiting to hear back on how products returned for an exchange are not unhygienic but refunded items are!? They need to invest in some hygiene tape like every other company! I have also been told they are super clear on their return policy which I am waiting on clarity on as their website clearly states easy returns (the only other product they sell are 2x options of nipple covers as no shape wear is “easy return”) it also doesn’t flag anything about the items not being refundable whilst purchasing so I have no idea how they are getting away with that claim???
