I should have read the reviews before placing an order. I foolishly placed a large order for 2 stomach control pants and a body suite. Absolutely crap. Does not work as stated. Let me tell you now this is awful....it does not cover up your breasts and the body suit does not 'snatch in' your wait to give you an hour glass figure at all. I am a size 12 and it didn't make any difference what so ever. I actually feel humiliated for even giving this product a chance. No, they do not give refunds but offer an exchange or store credit (not helpful really) but I will say that customer services did reply to me the very next day. I feel robbed basically.

This is a scam. The underwear is poor quality and they refuse refunds. After several emails they offered a full refund if I paid for the product return. I have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating I suggest others do the same. The return address is a private home! Eventually after 6 emails and because I was able to provide photographic evidence of the original advert I am now awaiting a refund. It should not have been this hard.

Been waiting a day and half on chat . Emailed sent message on messenger sent and no reply . Come on if u don’t want people thinking your ripping them off reply to your messages your very quick to take money . I can’t tell you what product is like as mines not arrived yet . I’m actually wanting my money back as I’m in shock off the customer service which worries me if this product doesn’t fit

Scam! Ordered from this company but No goods have arrived and no one will answer emails or Chat robot. Order just says in transit. Avoid at all costs. 😡

Got no where with customer service by email nor their live chat Bot nonsense . I now realize that there was no point to even trying as there is no refund. Save your money, do not bother ladies.

I would have given zero stars! Badly fitting, no bust support, straps so thin and they slide easily. Very uncomfortable to wear, had to take it off after a couple of hours. Horrible VPL around legs. I bought 2 they’ll go straight to recycling.

Horrendous company. I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the body suit which is not fit for purpose and definitely not the described size on the website. It barely reaches my torso. The returns policy states that the product has to meet a certain criteria for return which mine did. I was also offered the 20% refund but it states that as a small company they do not provide a cash refund. As the product is not as described, under the consumer rights act they have a responsibility to accept a return as their policy advises. I have sent multiple emails requesting their address as if I do not receive a refund I will start legal action. They have ignored all emails with requests of an address to send legal documents to. As their response below they do accept returns and do provide refunds so do not take no for an answer. They have advised that a refund will be issued, yet to receive it.

Trying to contact the company for a refund and no joy. No response to emails and no response on the chat. It's not that easy as stated for a refund!
