I wish I had read reviews before I placed an order. I was skeptical for a long time about these and though ok I’ll give them a go and purchased buy one get one free at £39 and then another for £10. I received only 2 and I have been trying for a few weeks to resolve this issue. 99% of my emails/messages do not get answered and when they do, I get the same email every time. “Sorry you have not received your order, I will get this fixed in a jiffy and send your item free of charge. Having checked on the system, your ordered is marked as delivered in one tracked number. Please let me know what item is missing and we will await your response. Many thanks, Nicole.” Is this an automated response.? Who the hell is Nicole.? Also it states that shapely is in the U.K but you’ll end up waiting about 3 plus weeks for items to arrive because they come from ShienZen (China) Total joke.

DONT BUY.** I purchased and they were uncomfortable but correct size. And they won't give refund. Just exchange for another uncomfortable product. Their customer service are beyond poor and they just want your money. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Was going to order but won’t now after reading refund return policy nope I definitely won’t be ordering..

ordered with their priority posting and two weeks later still waiting - tracking states in transit but loops back to arrived at airport ! odd for a company that states they are based in Dorset ! no reply from e mails to customer service or the chat bod - rubbish company - 1 * is too high ! avoid this scam . edit* today I received an e mail response, it just linked me to the tracking which isn't helpful. very disappointed in this company.

The products are poor quality and they don’t respond to emails. I have emailed multiple times about setting up a return but have not heard back. Absolutely ridiculous.

I regret ever ordering with shapely they take time to respond to my emails, I have not received my order till to date I ordered on the 16 Feb 2024. I wanted the bodysuit for my function I was told it takes 7 to 14 days to be delivered. I am not even updated as to why the order it’s delaying

Awful customer service. Will exchange an item but will not refund for hygiene reasons. How does that make sense? I have written 7 emails with no satisfactory response. Do not order from them.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive. It has been over two weeks. I have tried to contact the company as the tracking says its out for delivery and each day it fails to arrive. Its really disappointing that i have contacted them via chat and email and no one has yet got back to me. Lets see if my order ever arrives!
