Product wasn't suitable which in of itself isn't an issue as that's the risk you take when buying online. However, the returns process is an absolute nightmare and the only offer is store credit or gift voucher. Customer service take forever to respond trying to run out the clock on the returns time. For those struggling to get your money back, just post items tracked and signed for back to the address on the website and provide customer service with the tracking details. They'll soon refund the money (took about five days total).

SCAM! Do not buy These bodysuits don’t work and they do not come from the UK like advertised on website, they shop from China! I’ve been emailing the company to try and return it for weeks and had no response! You will be burning money if you buy this it’s all lies!

I would rate them zero but I need to choose a star. Rating should be negative! I ordered October 2023 and up until now 5 mos after still haven’t receive my order! They will pretend to help you asking for your shipping address and tell you excuses about shipping issues and not a single reply there after! You end up chasing ghosts! Stay away from them! Shapely is scamming customers!!!!

I was drawn into the hype of the Facebook advert for the bodysuits that claim to be comfortable and suck you in. I instead received a sub-standard product that is so uncomfortable that it cuts into your skin around the inner thigh. I'm in agony. I complained to Shapely, as they claim 'we will guide you on what to do next. We got you!', which is misleading as they ignore your complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would give this one star if I could. The refund policy is a joke. I want to return the product as it is rubbish and do not want a store credit from the company that sells barely anything. If the body suit is no good then there is literally nothing else to buy on their site? It is impossible to get a response from the company to return the items. It is an absolute scam. The items are dreadful. Please do not buy from this company. Trading standards should be all over them.
