Ordered the thong pants, they do nothing at all to pull you in. Surely I’m entitled to a cash refund if they don’t work as advertised?? Not happy and would not recommend

I bought 2 bodysuits in the size they recommended. They were too small, and the company offered me an exchange. Since that email i have heard nothing despite contacting them twice since then. I will be getting my credit card company to open a dispute. Do NOT buy from this company.

Beware. No refunds only credit note. Sent me the wrong size still only cr note, this is not uk based they simply do what they like, using a uk email address to fool you. The last girls reviews said it all. Who wants to deal with a company that doesn't refund even if its not even opened? Oh you can return a credit note, who want to buy it. So please pass this on through your social media fake company, fake site, not governed by Uk so they say what like don't trust the site comments. I bought 2 bodysuits from shapely. The fit is terrible, the gusset is very wide and chaffs. The bodysuit provides no support for your bust ( contrary to what the company advertised). When I contacted them to arrange a return and full refund ( full money back guarantee if not satisfied according to their website), it turns out they don’t refund bodysuits, just a credit available. I would not purchase any item from this company, so it’s money in the bin for me. Buyer beware!!!

Do knot buy from these scam people as it says easy returns on the website and it’s lying ,, I bought 3 bodysuits , tried on one , sent an email saying for to send them back, got back saying can’t send them back due to hygiene reasons so I said al keep that one send the other two as not been opened and I have been ignored for over a week now , they are obviously waiting time running out , please do not buy from these folk , and the items are from China and cheap crap, couldn’t hold in sneeze , shapely my derrière ,,,, yeah u will say all that down below but u lie at that too , twice u told me a can’t get a refund only credit but I don’t want to buy anything off u again , your site shouldn’t say easy returns because it’s not !!!!
