BEWARE: Will not refund even though it is a breach of UK law they will only offer a credit note. I bought two of their bodysuits. They looked really good on Facebook. Unfortunately when they arrived they were poor quality and nothing like the advertising I had seen. It took me ages to get in touch with them and when I did they said I could only have a credit note even through there is absolutely nothing I would get from them in future. As they are not replying to my emails now about a refund looks like I will have to get in touch with my credit card company for a charge back

So far not good. Ordered shapewear on the 2nd of April still have not received. I’ve tried contacting them but to no avail my messages don’t seem to be sending. The page appears to freeze at the ‘prove to us you’re not a robot’ page. Just avoid this company there is perfectly good shape wear on Amazon look up feeling girl it knocks this crap out the park and arrives next day from Amazon.

I placed an order on January 30th. Never received the order. Was told February 19th that I would receive a refund its now April 19th and I still haven't received a refund after being told again on April 7th that it would be processed and in my bank within 5 to 10 business days today being the 10th. Terrible customer service and that's when you actually manage to get a reply from them months of emails gone un answered. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. A refund was eventually received 25/04/2024 which is 12 weeks after original purchase and 10 weeks after originally being told I would receive a refund absolutely shocking customer service.

In response to Shapely’s reply- I have emailed you, several times. You don’t reply. Ever. I have now sold them on Vinted at a loss to me because it’s mighty clear that you are scammers and have no intention on helping. Your website states easy returns. That is a lie. You say you cannot refund a return for hygiene reasons, one item was not even opened let alone tried on. I provided proof of that. What do you intended to do with the items people have returned? Nothing, because we cannot get that far in the returns process. Scam. If I could offer 0 stars I would. Awful products that do not fit. I used their sizing guide . I’m a 12 and ordered a medium. It offers no support or shaping whatsoever, the straps are literally pointless and offer no support to my average sized girls and the material is nasty and the label inside is akin to a market stall. I bought two one the 2-1 deal and feel like I’ve been scammed as they refuse to refund either despite me only opening one package. Nasty nasty don’t believe the online videos for the “wonder product”. It’s not.

Does absolutely nothing. Waste of money. Delivery take ages too.

Misleading.. ordered 2 x and the fit and quality is poor. Have emailed them 5 x time for info on returning and also spent 1.5 hrs waiting for a reply using their chat bot... Help.. the 14 days is now down to 12 with only a few days left. STILL NOTHING FROM SHAPELY - in reply to your comment. I followed it up.. but silence.

Ordered 2 for 1 body suits 29th March. Arrived today. They're 'ok'. Would I have paid £39 for them? No way. I used their sizing and ordered a medium. Baggy on the bum, baggy in the curve of my back. Shoulder straps at their tightest still slack. The sides of the hook and eyes gusset is stiff and I can see it chaffing over longer wear. Doest support boobies as it says it does, so will still need a bra. I had thought about returning them but having read the reviews in here and all the issues with doing so, I'm just going to chalk it up to experience and lesson learnt. In future I'll stick to branded shape wear.

Just received the two for £39.00 took ages to arrive , no way are they x large ! I have read the other reviews below and can see I have no hope of a refund and I am not paying to return the items to get a credit note ! False advertising to be honest ! Absolute shambles of a company and shapewear is designed for stick insects !!!
