If I could give 0 stars I would. The material feels like its going to rip when putting it on. Does absolutely nothing that as it should do. Can't return for a refund, just store credit...which is totally pointless as I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from them again. Feel robbed!

Don’t order from this company unless you are 100% sure on the sizing. I ordered the size I thought I would need and it was way too big. Did absolutely nothing. They were happy to correspond by email to organise a return saying I would be credited and could order a different size once the product had been checked but they now ignore me. I have emailed numerous times since they received my order back but had no response so they have had payment and products back. Win win for them!! There is no issue with the items because one was tried on over underwear and the second didn’t even come out of the packet. One of those adverts that lures you in and then you totally regret it. THEY REPLY BY SAYING TO EMAIL THEM AND THEY WILL HELP BUT THEY STILL DON’T RESPOND. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID!!!

Late delivery of sub standard items. Avoid, does nothing for you. Cheap material, poor fasteners. Don’t waste your money

Ordered it a month ago, the tracker has not been updated for more than 3 weeks. And reaching out to them there is no help. Please do not but from them, the worst experience ever. The email just kicks out an Automated response but no help or resolution.

AVOID! Got my items awful quality contacted multiple times to return items and they are not responding currently going through Klarna to try and get my money back now they have replied saying try sending an email again when I’ve been sending them emails everyday since it’s happened this is a scam it’s been 2 weeks and still nothing it’s £70 they have taken from me and they will definitely not get away with it I have all the evidence of every time I have contacted them avoid avoid this company

Placed an order for buy 1 get 1 free on the 31st March and I'm still waiting today on the 22nd of April.The tracking doesn't update nothing has moved since the 8th of April and now they don't answer my emails.Im so disappointed.Im going on holiday and really wanted to have received these before I went.I didn't think to check reviews before I ordered and now I feel like I've made a big mistake.

Wish I could give this company ZERO stars as this is what they truly deserve..My experience has been the same as many other reviewers. Items sent back recorded delivery. Shapely repeatedly asking for details then finally failing to respond to my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY you will not get a refund !!!

Beware beware beware Scam company Tried to return my products as they don’t fit. They are refusing to respond now. Refusing to refund, exchange only for ‘hygiene’ reasons which is a load of rubbish. If it was hygiene they wouldn’t allow returns at all. They should not be in business. If I could give zero stars I would. I just want people to be aware now. Read many reviews now claiming the same thing. Not sure what to do. Worried they are just running the clock down
