Do not order from these. Ordered large and too big. No refund so sent back for exchange to Medium via tracked mail. Since they have ignored my emails and not sent my replacement. Absolute disgrace. Update. 15.5.24 have already sent you proof of delivery via email using the original order reference and a photo of the good being delivered. My return looks as though it's dumped along with multiple packages!!!!! Look forward to my replacements ASAP. Re-sent as requested as still heard nothing. Absolute disgraceful service.

DO NOT ORDER ! Basically, once you paid your money is gone ! They wouldn't refund! I ordered S size, didn't fit. I didn't want XS as it could be too small. Asked for refund, which they said they can't, what am I gonna do with the store credit? after exchanging few emails they ghosted me. No reply offering any kind alternative. Reply below says. They have emailed me but I have received no email, it’s not even in junk folder.

Wasn't happy with the product as it didn't do what it said it would do. I enquired about returns and they informed me that they only did store credit/exchange. According to UK online shopping law, you have to offer a refund if the customer tells you they want to cancel in 14 days, and when I quoted this off the gov.uk website I was told they would accept my return and refund it. I sent the products back (tracked post) and was informed by Royal Mail that it had arrived mid April. Since then, I have not been able to get a response from the company, when they had initially replied to emails within the day. No refund has been given.

Why oh why did I not read reviews before I was conned like so many others. I feel so stupid. Ordered on the buy one get one free then added another one to try on the additional offer and when they arrived tried on one (over clean underwear I might add) to find it far too tight around my already hated chubby legs. Almost pulled a muscle trying to get the darn thing on despite ordering the size up as recommended if in between sizes. After going on chat thing asking how I arrange a refund (as the so say easy to return advertised is non existent on faqs) I waited and waited for a reply only to have to carry on with my day and then couldn’t actually get the chat back up anywhere. I then received an email asking how I would rate my response by Nicole ????? I never received a response until I scrolled down and clicked in their “how did we do email” that I funnily did receive to find said response from Nicole. I checked all my emails and yes even junk folder and never received this response so when I read it I was then shocked that they say no refunds just exchange or credit !!!! Feeling even more stupid I asked again in my reply how do I send back then to exchange for bigger size including my order number and address AGAIN. Yep you guessed it STILL NO REPLY. Only 3 useless items sat in a bag (2 not even attempted to try on) and £49 lighter in the bank. Not to mention my already plummeting self esteem reaching an all time low :-( I’m now stupid, broke and still fat!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing Shapely. Thanks for your reply Shapely but please provide an alternative email address if you haven’t received my previous emails. You have my email address as I keep receiving sales emails from you no problem at all!!! My Order number is 101811 if that helps. Many thanks. 14.05.24 update - Still no email received from Shapely !!!!!!!! Other than 4 sales emails obviously which miraculously fill up my inbox and remind me of how stupid I’ve been !! So disappointed and upset.

An absolute con. I’ve asked 5 times for the returns address now, they refuse to send it. They reply to my emails but just don’t supply the returns address. They say free returns but make you pay for them. They refuse to refund unworn items, despite the distance selling regulations meaning that they legally have to. I want to return them because the clasp bit is so large and uncomfortable you can’t walk without rubbing and chafing. Don’t fall for the advertising - this is an absolute rip off. Research shows that they don’t have a legally registered business address - this is a total scam people! Avoid at all costs. As for ‘I hear you’ - since writing their response they have ignored every email I’ve sent them. Now reporting them to Trading Standards - I would urge other victims to do the same. We’re being ripped off people! Update - this company is owned by WANB Express, a Chinese scam company which operates under many different names, all of which have reviews from people saying they have been ripped off and scanned. Contact them at Mr Sean Luo, Units 49-51, Crane Boulevard, Ipswich, IP3 9SQ. Get in touch and get your money back!

0 stars would not recommend. The material feels pretty good to be honest but the small was too big (even though it is a size below what I am) and did not suck in my stomach, as it said it would. I asked for a refund as the website states you can get one, as long as you try the garment on over your clothes. I followed all the ruled and one of the garments is not even open and they refuse to respond to my emails (4 emails at this stage). However, they have the audacity to keep sending me emails asking me to rate them and showing me special offers. Now, even their live chat will not respond to my message of 'Hello, I would like to return an item please :)'. Not even an acknowledgment and I also feel robbed. I have honestly never had customer service like it. Please avoid

I’m embarrassed that I believed all the hype. Ordered 2 sizes on the buy 1 get one free the smallest one doesn’t fit and the bigger one gives absolutely no support at all. Why waste people’s time and money they don’t work stop pretending and ripping people off.

Ordered the recommended size, they came and was too big, plus one of them had a rip in it. I emailed them asking for a refund because I was concerned that even if I ordered a smaller size I didn't think it would do the job, the material is awful. They wouldn't refund me just exchange and now they don't even respond to my emails...do not order from this company
