I ordered.for an event at the beginning of April, my parcel went astray, tooke two weeks to get a response, after no response I asked them to not resend the missing parcel, another couple of weeks, no response. Out of the blue they were delivered over a month after I needed them. Told them I hadn't opened the package and want to return them. They wanted ME to pay to return them when they sent them AFTER I told them not too. Said I would return if they provide a label, Zero response. Their customer service is appalling I have replied to their return email, still four days later and still no response.

Absolutely terrible company! I ordered bodysuits in the by one get one free deal as a back up in case another that I had ordered didn't arrive in time. It did so I didn't even try these on and contacted Shapely as soon as they arrived. They state on their website that they do not issue refunds on certain items if stated in the item description. The bodysuits that I ordered were not one of them, I looked everywhere possible and couldn't find anything that stated that they didn't issue refunds on the bodysuits. I contacted them via the live chat first and waited for an hour but didn't get any response, so the I proceeded to email them. I got a response back three days later in response to the live chat saying 'sure you can have a refund, please explain what is wrong' so I emailed back and then the day after I received another email in response to my email asking me the the same question. We are now four weeks later and I have heard nothing from them in response to my emails or live chat messages regarding the refund that they said that they would provide. Such a complete waste of money and I'm quite sure that this practice is illegal and against people's right to return as they do not state a no returns policy. They actually have an 'Easy Returns' statement plastered across the top of their main page.

UPDATE: I just received a response to another one of my complaint emails stating that I did not respond to them when they asked for screenshots of my initial emails. Again I have responded with screenshots and proof. They have now stated it is passed the return date WHICH IT HAS BECAUSE THEY HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THEIR SIDE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE!! I ordered some pieces from Shapley, when they arrived I was not happy with the quality of the material at all. I followed the return process immediately as I had 14 days from delivery to return the items. I sent images of the items that were attached in the email. I never reviewed a response. I resent that email asking for a response 3 times. I then contacted them through the contact form on their website and surprisingly got a response. They had asked me to send them screenshots of the emails I had sent them because they had not seen any from Me, I immediately responded. Another week went by and I have heard nothing, I resent my email asking for a response again but still nothing. This has been going on for about a month now. Shocking customer service and bad quality items.

Return policy wasn’t clear. I ordered down a size as advised yet the items were still too large, making them unfit for purpose. I requested a refund several times, eventually posted back and now cannot get any response from them. Do not buy from them Update After posting this, you asked me to email, which I did on 15th May. As of 25th May still no response at all.

DO NOT BUY!! I would’ve given 0 stars if possible, I wish I’d read reviews before buying as definitely not worth it. I was completely sucked in to the advertising and no, they do not suck you in like the ads suggest and they took weeks to arrive and I now can’t get a refund as no one responds

Been trying to return for months. Exact same product as my TikTok shop ones that cost me £11 for 2. Finally got an email about returning after a whole month. I’ve returned them the very start of April with recorded delivery and STILL no contact from them, no refund, no replies to my emails. Nothing. Do not buy.

Not what I ordered. I ordered BBL shorts and they look like they've been made by a child.

Been waiting 5 days for someone to get back to me with instructions on how to return the items I bought, the address to send them back to and the free postage label. Says you have 14 days from Delivery to send items back. I contacted customer services straight away and every day since and if I get a reply it is a generic reply with no information on where and how to send the items back.
