Ordered products 3 weeks ago. Seem to have a fake tracking email. Cannot get any responses from them. In fact you can’t even contact them at all.

Much as other reviewers have stated. I ordered a small (im size 8/10) it does nothing to "shape you". My figure looks no different (i bought it to pull in the lower belly im getting now ive hit 50!!) having now seen all these reviews im wondering if i dare to return and lose both the money and the items.... Updated 29 May - Contacted shapely Via email as requested and not had any reply at all ….. 18 June - followed up after a request from trust pilot and still nothing from Shapely

Extremely disappointed with the product, doesn't do what it says but I'm even more horrified by the appalling customer service.. No replying to messages via their 'instant chat with us' and now read that returns are only possible from the UK and USA.

I received a shape wear item that has no tummy control and wished to send it back. They replied to the initial email and have since ignored all my subsequent emails asking how to actually send it back. So frustrating, now stuck with an item I do not want and £24 out of pocket for it! Do not order from them, poor quality and rubbish customer service.

I haven't received my order! I can't get hold of anyone to find out what's going on! All seems a bit dodgy this company!! A report to the ombudsmen I think!!!

not a company that you can trust Finally got the replacements, these ones are totally different from the last ones, much better material and the fit is perfect, I am happy with the ones I have now but this company needs to address a couple of things one is be truthful about where there pruducts are coming from, i thought from their website that the products where from the UK if I'd known they where from China I would not have bought them. Also they are needing to invest in some training for their customer service advisors. Communication is vital when dealing with customers, and this is what let's this company down. Would I buy from this company again?? No I'm afraid not

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Received a email on 08 May 8, to say it was on it way and still not arrived. Emailed customer services 3 times over the past week and not one response. Pretty poor when there site says 7-15 days.

Received order and was the strangest fitting item I have ever seen. I’m average height and size. Sent back for an exchange as they don’t do refunds, I’d definitely have wanted a refund due to quality and shocking fit. Never received exchange, sent multiple emails and screenshot of proof of delivery. Appalling customer service. Have now claimed money back from my bank. Item is nothing like in the adverts, no refund policy, and customer service even worse. Avoid.
