Terrible a waste of money then body suit is so short that doesn’t cover my belly material is cheap and see through, they come from China takes a month to arrive and is imposible to return and get your money back ! Avoid!!!

Placed an order which took far too long to arrive. I purchased 3 items and none of them did anything to help flatten my figure. Completely useless. However as they advertised easy returns I wasn't too worried. But after e-mailing, talking to the bot, and contact form filling in to no avail I delved deeper into their policies only to find that they only give store credit. No cash refunds at all. So absolute waste of money. Terrible non-existent customer service. Diabolical products. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the items but hopefully can stop someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT BUY!! Edit: I decided to return the items to a return address I found, tracked. I did eventually receive a refund for my purchases. Too little too late I’m afraid. Had they done the correct thing sooner they may have had a better review. All in all a terrible experience, one which I shall definitely not be repeating.

I wasn’t happy with the product, didn’t do what it said it would. I returned for a refund 19/4, followed their instructions and paid for tracked postage. They received the return a couple of days later. I have sent 4 emails about my refund and been completely ignored. Will give them a couple more weeks then may have to consider what action to take to get my money back.

Ik heb een "body" van Shein en een "body" van Temu...deze maand zag ik reclame van Shapely dus ik dacht "waarom niet"...Het zijn krak dezelfde body's, zelfs het etiket dat erin is genaaid is hetzelfde als die van Temu en Shein. Ik heb hen een mail gestuurd om mijn geld terug te krijgen samen met alle bewijzen van hun bedrog. Ik kreeg als reactie dat via de hygiëne (?) ze mijn bedrag niet kunnen terug storten maar ik de body's wel kan retourneren en een cadeaukaart of omwisseling kan krijgen. Dat mag dan wel voor de hygiëne?!? Heb gezegd dat ik heel teleurgesteld ben hoe zij de klanten int zak zetten met hun dure spullen die je om Temu en Shein aan 1/4 van de prijs kan krijgen per stuk. Laat jullie niet vangen zoals ik beste mensen, je kan dezelfde dus vele goedkoper vinden voor 5€

Rubbish. Don't work, poor quality, take AGES to come and then they don't offer refunds. Wish I had read these reviews first.... if you are reading this... DO NOT BUY. go to M&S instead

What a total and utter con!! Waited for my shapewear longer than their specified time and when it arrived it made absolutely no difference what so ever! Tried the Jean test - no difference. I have well and truly wasted my money. Lesson learnt

Placed my order back in April, once we received it we were not happy with the end result I emailed them to request for a exchange and after numerous emails which finally provided the return address I went ahead and shipped it back as I was told that I could return for a refund. I shipped this back right away to avoid any issues as I was close to the 14 days coming to an end. They received the returned package on May 6th and three weeks later I have not heard from them. I have emailed them a few times and no response I even tried their unless live chat with no response. Very disappointed would not recommend as customer service is horrible.

Orders take far too long to arrive but given they come from china (which I didn’t realise at the point of ordering) no surprise. Product ok but is exactly the same as one I bought from Amazon for a third of the price. Was expecting really high quality obviously just cheap mass produced product, branded as more higher end.
