I don’t even want to give them 1 star! Immediately after placing my order I realized I placed the wrong size. I immediately emailed them and asked them to cancel or change the size. No response. I received my order and emailed them to see about returning it because I got the wrong size and they told me after reviewing my order I got the correct size. I didn’t say they shipped the wrong size!!! Do not buy from this company because they won’t rectify any problems you have!!!

SCAM. It took so long for my bras to arrive and when they did, they were nothing like what I saw in the ad. And one of them was the wrong color and the wrong size. I’ve been looking for a strapless bra for a long time, and the strapless bra was the one. When I wrote to the support team, it took over a week for them to respond. I sent pics of my receipt and what I received and she responded with that they sent what I ordered. What a scam.

If I could rate a zero I would. This company is definitely a scam. I ordered three bras and they were all of poor quality with visible fraying on the stitching of the garments with flimsy material used. As soon as I noticed I contacted the company for a refund per their 30-Day money back guarantee stating the issue with the garment quality and visible damage that could be seen. After a week they got back to me stating that they could not honor the refund because the size they shipped was the correct size which was not the issue I had raised regarding their garments. When I attempted to send an email back I received a mail undeliverable stating that my email had been marked as spam by the receiver and could no longer be sent to them. So safe to say they truly are a scam.

I bought the bodysuit over a month ago I still don't have even a communication from them. Is it a scam?

like many others I wish I had read the reviews and really read into the money back policy. As I have sent five emails have talked to their chatbot six times and still have no idea where my order is. Awful awful awful do not order from them. Scam scam scam

I ordered the regular bra size that I always wear and it doesn't fit at all. My breasts spill out with big gaps. Horrible coverage. I went to return them and there is a NO REFUNDS policy unless defective. Now I see in this comments that I will not be able to return it. A total scam and waste of money. DO NOT fall for the hype on social media feeds for these bras.

This is defiantly a scam. After sending a follow up email i received an email saying the email is invalid. I have email several times with no reply. All the bad reviews are true horrible fit no structure incorrect size. Just all around horrible experience. I will be surprised if they respond I also plan to write reviews on Instagram, FB, Twitter, and the BBB. SCAMMMMMMMMMM! I want my money back!!!

They don’t even get one star the customer service is horrible I ordered a bra in my usual size but when I received it the size I wear didn’t fit properly I needed a larger size they said sorry that’s the size you ordered no returns or exchanges false advertising be careful when you order from them there should always be an option for return or at the very least exchange
